Balkan Acacia has a few extra fire notes, and will always be m favourite; rather than floral notes; but Hungarian acacia is still DIVINE. Acadia honey, regardless of provenance… SINGS. Clear sweet sopranos, impossibly pure, or with fires vivacious depth, depending on region… it’s a food of the gods SUBTLE and encompassing delight. If you don’t go for subtle?
