I purchased this board a little over a year and a half ago. Used it a three times. I kept putting the battery on the charger. It was showing that it charged but did not. The cell went completely dead. And here's where the journey started. They are constantly updating their product and don't carry any of the old parts so therefore, you will have to replace everything. I ordered a new battery and a new charger. When the battery came they changed the connection. Therefore I had to purchase a brand new harness cable. Oh but then they changed the connection on the power cable too. So then you're going to have to buy a new one of those. After pulling it apart and rewiring everything. I noticed one of the brackets was already cracking out of the bottom. Fortunately, for me. I am a Fiberglass expert And was able to properly fix it. After getting it all together, I then realized they put nylon tubing and the gas tank instead of using proper fuel line which disintegrated inside the tank. After resolving that problem And putting new line in the tank finally getting fuel. I now have no spark. Everything else works but the spark plug. So I bought two new coils Hoping that was the problem. But was not. Now i'm trying to get them to send me a new harness cable for the faulty one they sent me. Understand this is all coming from China. And I live in florida in the united states. It has been almost seven months trying to fix this product. I suggest you save your money up a little more and go. Buy a proper surfboard from jet surf and avoid the headaches and the problems that I have gone through.
