Love this bracelet that I bought for my husband. He has Dementia and it is perfect. I made an earlier review about how my phone # was smearing and that I couldn't return it. I did hear back from ChainsHouse, that they would take a look at it if I sent them a picture and make it right if need be. I want to apologize for my earlier post. I took a microfiber cloth and went over the spot that looked smeared and it cleaned it up. This is a nice-looking bracelet and well-made. I like the product especially the ability to customize and add your image. However, the image came a bit too small. They should provide the option to either use multiple images or covering a larger space with one image
