We purchase it for our 15 teenage autistic son. It was easy to put together. I asked my brother for help and he ended putting it up together in less than an hour all on his own. The quality is great but and I’m just going to say this to be fair. If your child moves too much like mine I would not recommend as it will start tweaking as well as if you are an adult with action in bed that would be a no no. Took 3 hours to build. Looks great. Just pay really close attention to the pictures and DONT mix up your screws. The packaging they put the screws in is pretty dumb as in it’s incredibly easy to mix everything up once you try to open the screws. Other then that it’s solid I’m liking it.

For me personally, being a 250lb man the bed is built to last for a very long time! The set up was doable for any one person, it took me approximately 2 hours to fully build. As long as you don't tighten anything all the way until the end it's too easy. Although I will say the direction's pictures are not the best, but you'll be able to figure it out by referring to the next step that already shows how the previous item is supposed to be installed. It's only been a week but everything works as it should, the LED lights are adjustable and even different modes! I'd have to say 9/10 will recommend it would be 10/10 if the instruction pictures were bigger ... show more

Assembly was a chore, so have someone to assist to make it easier. You don’t need a box spring. That will make it too high and you won’t see the headboard features completely. It takes up minimal space and is a great value for the money.
