  • 6 months later... good, but not as stable as nvidia
I upgraded from a gtx 1080 which was still great, but not perfect at 4k60. I play mostly fighting games so hfr is not really important to me as all fighting games run at 60fps. I am also still running an ivy bridge-e platform which is completely ancient. So yes, this card is totally cpu bottlenecked in my machine at anything but 4k. That being said, I play on a Sony Bravia a90k 42 inch oled. This card plays SF6 world tour mode at 4k 120 with no drops. Doom Eternal is also silky smooth at 4k120. CSGO was also smooth at 4k120. That being said the drivers are not as stable as nvidia. I haven't had any bluescreens, but I do get some random stutters, not during gaming but just chillin on the desktop. It also does not play back video as smoothly as the gtx 1080. Its not bad tho. In fact, it is maybe a B+ whereas nvidia drivers are obviously A+. I got the card at $799 and I don't have any regrets. IT LOOKS FREAKING AWESOME. The AIO performs well and keeps the card below 50c at all times. The rgb is great and the software is good. Its what you expect from Sapphire. My internal temps have gone up in the case, but you expect that. Its a great card, probably the best I have ever had. I also previously had an AMD 7990 and a GTX 690, so that is saying a lot. The 16gb frame buffer should buy it some longevity also. I will upgrade my platform in 2025 when windows 10 becomes unsupported, but this card should last me well into that. ... show more

  • Beast of a GPU
Pros: Cheaper than top end air cooled 6900XT cards. Has the XTX chip, 2nd highest bin behind the XTXH. Will do 2.7Ghz all day long. 100+FPS at 1440p max settings for most any game without using FSR or any other scaling. Nearly silent even under heavy load and runs very cool. Junction temps top out about 70*C, RAM stays under 65*C. Best Linux gaming card except for the XTXH liquid cooled cards, but those are $500 more for minimal gains. Came with a very nice set of Toxic branded screwdrivers. Nice unexpected bonus. Cons: Huge radiator. Could easily have been a thick 240 or 280 instead of a thin 360 for better case compatibility. Hoses aren't long enough for tubes down front mount of the radiator. Takes up slightly more than 2 slots. So close to being a 2 slot card but not quite. Pump is a bit noisy, but only enough to matter for open air builds and cases with mesh side panel. Other thoughts: This is the best value among the ridiculous top end RDNA2 cards. Make sure it fits before you buy. It barely fits alongside a 360mm CPU cooler in my Fractal Meshify 2. You want to set the radiator up for exhaust if possible. It puts out a ton of heat. ... show more

  • It is the best GPU I have ever used!
The media could not be loaded. Hi there, folks! Rashoxmon's back in action with another Amazon product review you won't want to miss. Today, let's dive into the awesomeness that is the Sapphire TOXIC AMD Radeon 6900XT Liquid Cooled GPU. Picture this: I snagged this beauty post the GPU chaos, and boy, did I strike gold. The performance? Get ready to have your gaming world turned upside down – we're talking a silky smooth 60 FPS on ultra settings at glorious 4K. Now, let's talk about that triple-fan AIO cooling magic. It's like having a personal climate control in your rig – even when things get heated, it's keeping those temps cool as a cucumber, averaging around 70°C. And here's where it gets even juicier – a little graphics settings wizardry, and boom, you're hitting that sweet 100-120 FPS range on High or Medium settings. Oh, and raytracing? Well, it's not stealing the show, but it's there to sprinkle some extra magic on your gaming sessions. Believe me, the Sapphire TOXIC AMD Radeon 6900XT Liquid Cooled GPU is the VIP ticket to your gaming paradise. I've even crowned it the star of my Prince Vegeta all-AMD build – a powerhouse addition that's turning heads and taking names. If you're itching for a GPU upgrade that screams performance, style, and a dash of value, you're in for an absolutely wonderful treat. ... show more

  • Runs cool even when OC
Great card. Never see temps over 70 when OC and runs 40 to 50 when not OC. Just a high quality 3rd party GPU. Loved My PC rx6800 but this card is so much more than that one was.

  • The Head "Bear"
I often tell people this is a "bear" of a GPU. It is the premium version of AMD 6900 XT series GPUs. Tests have shown that it produces the fastest responses on numerous games, so this is not just hyperbole. This, along with the unique RGB effects, make this board something really special. The only issue with this board is the heat it produces. AMD's high-line processors are known for the amount of heat they can throw off, and to offset that heat the board comes with a full 360mm, 3 fan water cooler. Not that the cooler itself is an issue, it also is one of the better offerings in 360 coolers, but you must have a BIG case to accommodate this cooler along with another you'll probably need with the CPU cooling. I can't imagine if you have splurged for this GPU/Cooler you would also go for the Intel i9-12900 series or AMD 6900 XT series of processors which should also be cooled by a 360/420mm water cooler. My point here is do your research because investing in this premium GPU requires the space in your case to use it. ... show more

  • Great performance to value
Overall amazing card! This card runs on average 55c during heavy loads. Frame rates 110-130FPS on a 34 inch 1440p Monitor. Card runs quietly and certainly worth the additional cost for the built-in AIO cooler. Fits well in Corsair 5000D case. Positioned as side exhaust along with H150i radiator exhausting on top. ... show more
