It’s made for something else. But I metal detect, and this works very well to find what is buried in the sand at the beach, or you can just use it on its own and rinse with ocean water. Found money, and other cool stuff. You’d be quite surprised.

First of all this kit is a bit over the top unless you are very into beachcombing. The beach shovel portion is a bit heavy, I wish it were a little lighter because sometimes you have to walk quite a ways on the beach to get to good shelling areas. The handle falls off every time Any weight is in the bucket part. Very hard to use if you fill even half way. Between weight of tool and sand just wasn’t fun or convenient to use

I ordered this to clean my chicken run. It works great! I used to have to kneel down and hand sift the chicken poo from there run but now I can do it with out kneeling and risking getting poo on me. I like the little round extendable scoop for reaching way in the back corners to clean and retrieve duck eggs under the coops. The black handle sifter is awesome for cleaning the sandbox in my quail enclosure. It’s a perfect kit for any bird owner. It would work well for goat droppings too. ... show more

This sand flea rake set is neat. It comes with the large metal, sand, flea rake, three poles, and additional telescoping shell, net, gloves, steel small hand, rake, metal hand, sifter, plastic, shovel, and instructions for assembly. I was impressed with all of the additional accessories that this sand flea rake comes with and the metal rake. It’s self is a heavy duty industrial style steel. The only reason I did not give this at four stars is because one of the three poles were missing in my set, and there is no company name provided to reach out to the company to request the missing item. I tried to get the missing item through Amazon and the only option was to return the entire product for a refund. My husband had to rig alternative ways of attaching the rake head to the two poles that it did come with and that did work to some degree, but it would’ve been better to have all the parts that it should’ve come with. However, it speaks to the quality of all the additional accessory’s that we did not want to send it back and had to find that alternative way to make it work.
