    • Dryer has no light 💡 in drum!
Had this set for about 4 months now and they work great. The only complaint I have is that the dryer does not have a drum light. I have to use a flashlight to see inside to remove clothes. If I had known about this I wouldn’t have bought this set.

    • Avoid at all cost
Do not purchase this washer. We've had a Samsung for 4-5 years, and for the last 2 years it's been nothing but a disaster. It constantly goes unbalanced during spin cycles and stops. I've calibrated it dozens of times, changed the stabilizer arms twice and it still does it. Even if we try to wash just a couple of t-shirts or a couple pillow cases with a deep well fill, it goes unbalanced. I've tried to call a couple of local repair shops and none of them will touch a Samsung product. We're going to have to purchase another washer now, we couldn't even get three years of usefulness out of this expensive pile of junk. ... show more

I had this for years. Yeah, it'll "work" but let me tell you - the HE (high Efficiency) option will barely fill your laundry with water and you cannot turn that off in many models. Which means that it will do a VERY poor (my expression would be PISS POOR) job of actually getting your clothes adequately cleaned. I've had to do double cycles just to get some sort of results on heavily soiled clothing. For an appliance, who's MAIN JOB is to actually get the clothes clean, this is simply unacceptable. Had I known that's how it would "perform" - I would've never purchased this HE unit. It will "work" for years, yeah, if you consider barely using ANY water to kinda swish laundry around for an hour "working". This is the last time I am purchasing a Samsung product. ... show more
