I used to own cheaper Samsungs before, but never again. Once you have this level of quality in a phone, you can go back. This phone is perfect, and I can't wait to see how the Galaxy s ultra series will improve in the future. I'm officially hooked.

    • Issues after about 3 months
I paid the higher price for the "like new" version, however it came with quite a bit more scratches and wear then I thought it would. After about 3 months it has started glitching and freezing up when using the screen. Time is up for a return so looks like I'm stuck

The phone came in almost in a new condition. everything looked great! Tried to add the phone to Visible network and during the process when entered the eSim IMEI number, got an error message saying the phone is marked as "Stolen" or "Lost" in the network so cannot be onboarded. Had phone for a couple days. Phone is in excellent condition and was easy to setup. Battery life is very good. The only issue and reason for four stars is there is an issue with the S pen connecting.
