As soon as I started it up I was prompted to update Windows. Got that done and after I entered a password it locked up. One would think they would have updated Windows during the refurbishing.

Won't print with my almost new, wireless, Canon printer. Also, it comes with Windows 11, not 10. Otherwise very nice, but both of those things were definite deal breakers.

I'm a developer and wanted a cheap Windows ARM device for playing around with. I normally buy higher-end equipment. Compared to higher-end laptops this computer has issues: the display isn't great, the case is plastic and flexes (which causes the trackpad to misbehave), and it has all the limitations of a 32-bit system. However, it runs Windows 11, and if all you do is browse the web, play simple games, or use office, then it's plenty good enough. If your kid needs a basic laptop running windows or you are a light user this is a reasonable, inexpensive option. I bought a refurb from Amazon and it looked brand new. Startup and updating it to Windows 11 took about half a day. But other than the time this went without a hitch. The battery life is very good. Not 18 hours good like it's advertised, but I was able to use it for more than 10 hours before needing to charge it. It also charges with a USB C connector so that's nice too. If you need something cheap with long battery life this might be a good choice. But I would be very careful hauling it in a computer bag. It seems a bit fragile and I'd recommend that it be a padded bag and not overstuffed. But for the price is hard to beat the functionality. ... show more

The build quality is great for a cheaper laptop and it also runs Windows 11 I’ve had no issues with it and I am really impressed with Samsung.
