I made the leap and purchased this. Was delivered fast and up my 16 steps to my porch. TV is great! Easy to unbox by myself and carry inside. Packaging is excellent. Lightweight. I hooked it up immediately and noticed a HUGE difference in quality. The characters from The Hobbit I was watching looked so incredibly almost AI generated. The colors are so vibrant and vivid. I’m a huge gamer and hooked my Xbox up and it made everything so dynamic and better. The quality in picture is there. Some reviews said sound quality is terrible. I think the sound is good. I have a soundbar with an optic cable I haven’t figured out how to connect to this. But I love that I can say goodbye to my ROKU as this has WIFI Connectivity and all my apps are already pre-loaded. Bought this TV for our home movie theater room to replace an 11 year old LED projector. Amazing TV. I can't believe how far TV tech has advanced in my lifetime (45 years old). I went with Samsung because our other smart TVs in the house are also Samsung, which means my family members all know how to use and navigate the same user interface software. I watched Thursday Night Football on it on Amazon Prime the other night and it was so immersive and beautiful. So much more vibrant and sharp than a projector. I also recommend the Echogear tilting wall mount for TVs up to 90" if you will be hanging it on a wall. It was easy to install myself. The TV weight is about 72 pounds, so I was able to lift it from the middle, my 13 year old daughter on the left, my wife on the right to balance it steady, and it hangs right on the wall mount and snaps into place very easy. Just take your time, follow the instructions, have at least 1 person to help you lift/mount, and you'll be good to go. I loved the price, too. Hope this review helps you out! ... show more

Purchased the 65" for under $500. I like that Samsung TV makes it easy to watch free TV like national news. Setup was easy with wifi or ethernet cable. The remote isnt great. Coming from a Roku premier with radio, having to point the IR remote is annoying. I was also surpised it didnt have a voice search button. It works with Samsung Smart Things and has a smartphone remote option. It paired nicely with my Denon AVR to get 5.1 surround sound using HDMI Arc after an audio setting change. The first one came smashed which was dissapointing, but easily replaced. They picked up the return insted of having to drop it off. ... show more

I have several Samsung TVs and recently added this one. It has a great picture, it is easy to set up and the sound is pretty good, though I did add a soundbar for additional fidelity. It has plenty of inputs for external devices and works on both wired or wireless networks. The TV is not very heavy so getting it installed on a wall mount was easy for one person to do. This tv has one of the best pictures I’ve ever had in a tv and its smart features are insane. I’m still finding new things I can do. It’s compatibility with other devices including game consoles, my phone and other smart devices makes it so easy to do cool stuff with. Great sound quality too!

The picture on this tv is great I've only had it for a month but we love it so far. the problem is the remote. its constantly unsynching itself from the tv and only the power button works. Constantly having to take the batteries out and put them back in to get it going again. Samsung says there are no other compatible remotes with this tv. ... show more
