This item at first looks good. It needs to be trimmed or just left to overlap. Since I’m using it to protect my sink, it’s in place always, except when I clean the sink multiple times a day. Even so, the base gets gunk stuck to it and that’s not nice!! Gif that reason, 3/5.

Absolutely love this silicone sink protector! We had been using the stainless steel rack that came with the sink when new 4 years ago. While we liked the protection that rack gave, it was cumbersome to rinse underneath & to clean especially since our sink is 30” x 16 1/2” farmhouse style. This silicone one is the perfect solution! It provides great protection especially the wider grids in a nicer pattern. Was concerned that since it sits lower/closer to the bottom of sink that food debris would collect under it, but no, it does not all! And it’s flexible so I easily lift up one side at a time to rinse underneath keeping both the sink & underside of protector clean. Also, I’ve put this protector in the dishwasher several times for a more thorough cleaning and it comes out like new. As mentioned, love, love, love this one! Wish I would gotten this sooner-great protection & ease of use!! Only one downside for me (not a big issue or deal changer at all), but the corners are rounded and our sink has the square corners so it’s not a custom fit but that does not effect how well it protects the bottom of our stainless sink. I’d buy this again in a heartbeat!! ... show more
