After searching through many sites and looking and many chairs and reviews I settled on this one as it had so many positive reviews, was reasonably priced and everyone was saying how great the customer service was. So I took the leap and boy I got it right. First, the customer service started shortly after my order went in. A very nice rep , Nicole contacted me to go over my order and confirm everything before my order was shipped. I then received multiple notices of its shipping, tracking and when it would arrive and help was just a click away if I had any issues with delivery and assembly. Shipping stated like a week to ten days for delivery. I had mine in about three days (it was shipped from NJ and I live in NY) Once it arrived assembly was quite simple after familiarizing myself with the directions first. Four hands are better as the directions state but I had no issues doing it alone. All the connections are easy once you look at everything for a second. The chair is really nice and comfortable! Heat is ample and massage is awesome. I will purchase a second soon as Im now waiting in line for MY chair! When my old chair stopped working, I needed a new chair. First we got a glider recliner. But it is too low to the ground and I struggled to stand up. We then purchased a lay-flat at Ashley's. Big mistake. My husband had to buy it and the second I sat in it I screamed, "I hate this chair!". It screwed up my knee and back. The footrest was supposed to be level with my body. But when my legs were on the footrest, it dropped 5 inches lower. It put my knee in a awkward position and all the fluid in my body rushed into my feet. My healthy son tried it out and he agreed that the lay-flat position was the most uncomfortable. The chair seat remained flat to the ground until it lifted. Because the seat never moved, reclined or tilted, I developed a pressure sore on my butt. So I looked through tons of chairs on Amazon. But this chair seemed to fit the bill. It was not a lay-flat, but reclined to 170 degrees. You still have a slight bend to your body. I have a big butt and that bend gave me room. Because the seat reclined or tilted, it didn't put pressure on only one spot. The pressure sore is healing. The footrest came up to a much higher level, closer to heart level, when fully reclined. That is necessary to get the fluid out of my feet, which is much more desireable. It is very comfortable to sit on. I fell asleep quickly after sitting in it. I chose a fabric seat over the leather one. When it is hot, the fabric will feel better to sit in. The armrests are the pillow type. They are comfortable when sitting, but if you needed them for balance when trying to stand up, there is no support. I also have a table to clamp on the arm to hold my computer mouse. But everytime I stand up, the table flies off the arm. I would have preferred a sturdier arm. The lumbar area is supportive and I am not having problems with my back. I won't be using the heat function because I am on oxygen. I'm not taking any chances on a fire risk. But the vibration is just what I needed. I have painful peripheral neuropathy in my feet. When they start to hurt, I turn on the vibration and the pain goes away for a while. My only complaints (so far) is the armrests and the lift function. It doesn't go up as high as my old chair. To get off the chair I need the support of the armrests. Now, I have to use my wheelchair to support myself when standing up. The price was a bargain. Most chairs you buy at furniture stores are way over $1000. My old chair was a Lazy-boy and they start at over $2000. I couldn't believe that a chair as inexpensive at this one was as good as it is. I will be recommending it to anyone looking for a new lift chair. ... show more

I bought this chair because of the good reviews. It is cheaply made. The arms are loose with the cup holders, they flop open. The left side has the liner showing, it doesn't match up. Also the arms aren't stuffed enough and the material is all out of shape. Too much trouble to take apart to send back. I'll use it until it fall apart, which doesn't look like will take long. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm very impressed. The customer service was excellent. When my recliner got damaged in shipping. I called the number supplied with the intructions and the person who answered most of my questions. Later I got a call from customer service to assure me they would fix or replace the chair. He followed up numerous times by phone and text. They quickly decided to send me a new chair. The chair is comfortable and the massage features are really nice. I've only had it for a week so far but I must say the quality is good. If you're over 6' tall and using it fully reclined the back may be a little low. I'm just under 6' and it's fine for me. I ordered this chair for my ageing father after his old chair broke. I bought the grey color chair. The moment I purchased the chair the costumer service reps of the seller informed me right away. They stated very clearly what color chair I was getting, the dimensions of the chair, and the number of packages. The chair was originally going to take a 2-3 weeks to arrive, but instead arrived within a week! The costumer service reps informed me of whom would be delivering my packages. After the chair was assembled I sent them pictures ( the same shown here), and they assured that the chair was assembled correctly and that there were no gaps, and/or damages. It hasn't been too long since the chair arrived, so I will update in the future, but as it stands I would buy from them again. ... show more
