Overall this is a sweet bike that provides great performance. I opted for the 2 battery model so I could go farther on a single charge. I have been able to go 35+ miles using the throttle only on the 2-battery model. It's also fast like a top-of-the-line Super 73 but half the price. It's a pretty heavy bike with both the batteries and the motor but that is to be expected. The suspension feels solid and it rides really nice. The company has provided me with excellent customer service. I had some delivery issues due to the courier and they made sure everything worked out. They also answered my questions pretty quickly and overall have been great. Some clarifications that I was curious about when I was buying: - The batteries have to be charged directly, there isn't wiring so that the batteries can charge off of a single port. - It only comes with one charger for the two battery models, this should probably change so buyers of the 2 battery model receive 2 chargers to facilitate simultaneous charging of the batteries. - The 2-battery model doesn't come with the basket that is in the middle section. The picture on the product page is of a modified version of the bike. - The 2-battery version can be operated with only 1 battery but it is not advised since the upgraded motor will cause more ware on the battery if only one is used. ... show more

So after some shipping issues which there was a small dent in the fender due to FedEx being terrible, I assembled the bike. I’m on an island and I’m a traveling chef which has used the one wheel to commute. As I’ve gotten old I wanted to buy my first E-Bike. After consideration I went with this bike and it’s potentially the best thing I’ve ever purchased. So fun to ride, fast, off-road terrain feels like butter(smooth)! Assembly is fairly easy it’s nice if you have someone to hold the handlebars while you put the wheel on I didn’t. I know there is not that many reviews because the bike is fairly new so I wanted to make sure to leave one which I have never done on a product. Enjoy and press buy now!!!     • PREFORMANCE, AGILITY, AND BATTERY LIFE
So, this is my second ebike that I have purchase. I had to return my first ebike to another company because it did not preform like how it was described and i bought this bike the same day i shipped the other one out. But the Pilot SR has blown my expectations out of the water its fast, comfortable, and very maneuverable. I rode the bike to work today (due to that what I bought the bike for) and it did flawlessly. It's has a lot of torque and gets up to speed relatively fast I'm 5'11 and 240 lbs and this bike has no problems moving me up to 35+ mph. One feature I really like is that you can have either the front wheel or the rear wheel work independently or use the both motors at the same time and that's where the fun begins. All in all if your looking for really good ebike this is one I would highly suggest. Hope this review helped anyone that's interested in looking for their first ebike. ... show more

For the price being totally honest this isn't a bad bike at all for the 2k, however I did meet my expectations there were a few flaws not to much of a problem though such as when you unlock the bikes speed on the speedometer the mph and kmh don't show for me and the battery life isn't the greatest when it's fully unlocked but other then that the quality is really good and I was very surprised on the suspension and forks, they're adjustable and very good on the appearance and on the actual performance, and the handles are also a big plus for me, there small straight bmx handles and they're really sturdy. The assembly was expected though, it took a bit to put together but once we got it together it was good to go, I'm not to sure if there supposed to be like this but both my tires it came shipped with were a teen bit flat but not to the point it's a big deal or a negative, how ever this bike is a really good purchase overall and I'm satisfied with the performance I give it a solid 8 5/10! ... show more

I HAVE HAD MY BIKE FOR A LITTLE OVER 2 MONTHS NOW, I HAVE RIDDEN JUST OVER 300 MILES AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH MY CHOICE TO BUY THIS BIKE! I HAD DECIDED A FEW MONTHS AGO I WANTED TO UPGRADE TO FROM THE BINTELLI FUSION THAT I HAD BEEN RIDING. I MADE A LIST OF THE THE FEATURES THAT I WANTED. FULL SUSPENSION, DUAL BATTERIES AND DUAL MOTORS, AND SOMETHING THAT WENT AT LEAST 35 MPH. AFTER LOOKING AT COUNTLESS BIKES THE PILOT M20 SEEMED TO OFFER THE BEST VALUE AS MOST BIKES WITH SIMILAR SPECS WERE QUITE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE. I READ ENOUGH POSITIVE REVIEWS TO FINALLY PULL THE TRIGGER ON BUYING THE BIKE AND I COULDNT POSSIBLY BE HAPPIER WITH MY CHOICE. THIS BIKE IS A BLAST TO RIDE! IT IS FAST AND POWERFUL AND THE DUAL BATTERIES HAVE REMOVED ANY CONCERN ABOUT RUNNING OUT OF POWER IF I WERE TO EXTEND MY RIDE FOR WHATEVER REASON. This bike is my first e-bike and wasn’t too sure what to expect I’m a bigger dude 6’8 and don’t rly fit on super 73 too well my friend send me a link to this one and said it’s his favorite bike he owns I put it together in about 30 minutes and got right on my first ride it was super fun after u unlock the bike and ride it fully charged you learn the power it has man I went for at least an hour full throttle and had a blast I would 100% recommend this bike to anyone who sees it if ur looking for a surron alternative that’s road legal this is almost there it would need a power and battery upgrade to be the real deal but man oh man is this thing fun 10/10 ... show more

Assembly was quite easy for this bike. I am so impressed with the power carrying my large frame, 240lbs, up some steep hills. I immediately removed the speed limit and hit 35mph in a heartbeat. The seat is comfortable for at least the 10 mile trip I took first. Be careful playing with the settings as I accidentally set up a password and locked myself out of using the bike. Thankfully, the seller responded to me at midnight and walked me through the steps to reset it. I am very impressed and will order another one, I got the dual motor dual battery version and may get the single motor one for my daughter. ... show more
