The media could not be loaded. I like the style/look. Dislike the uncomfortableness over a period of time the seat. To small for me and I'm 5'7 it's not able to be fixed by conventional means.     • Nice looking crappy components slow customer service
The media could not be loaded. Bought this bike for our son for Christmas. As soon as I assembled the bike found out rear brake wasn't working even after Tightening the lever and trying to bleed air. Ended up having to buy a bleed kit and found hardly any brake fluid in the line. Leslie from customer service took forever to send me a new brake and refund me for having to buy my own bleed kit. Bike was working fine then this month the motor would run but the bike won't move. Less than 3 months after purchase the motor goes out and in left to deal with slow customer service again. Leslie is trying to deny me a partial refund because of all the issues and 2 weeks later I finally got a new motor. Emailing the main customer service dept doesn't do anything either, they just make you deal with Leslie from their Amazon dept. Wouldn't purchase from Same bike again which is a shame cause the design is cool and when the bike runs it's pretty fun and one of the faster bikes out there. ... show more
