Overall this is a sweet bike that provides great performance. I opted for the 2 battery model so I could go farther on a single charge. I have been able to go 35+ miles using the throttle only on the 2-battery model. It's also fast like a top-of-the-line Super 73 but half the price. It's a pretty heavy bike with both the batteries and the motor but that is to be expected. The suspension feels solid and it rides really nice. The company has provided me with excellent customer service. I had some delivery issues due to the courier and they made sure everything worked out. They also answered my questions pretty quickly and overall have been great. Some clarifications that I was curious about when I was buying: - The batteries have to be charged directly, there isn't wiring so that the batteries can charge off of a single port. - It only comes with one charger for the two battery models, this should probably change so buyers of the 2 battery model receive 2 chargers to facilitate simultaneous charging of the batteries. - The 2-battery model doesn't come with the basket that is in the middle section. The picture on the product page is of a modified version of the bike. - The 2-battery version can be operated with only 1 battery but it is not advised since the upgraded motor will cause more ware on the battery if only one is used. ... show more

After having to troubleshoot a bad battery, the bike has been great. The speed is awesome in that it can be programmed for sue up to about 30 mph. It is very stylish and gets noticed. I recommend a thick and long chain for locking it up. A normal length bike lock is limiting because this bike is thick. The assembly is pretty easy. I am loving riding this thing around town and skipping the car, traffic, and parking many days. ... show more

The bike did not function for longevity. I contacted the seller for support since there was issues with the motor and they said they would send in a new one, but have yet to do so (its been around a month). The bike lasted around 200 miles, so if you want ride more than 200 miles on the bike, I would recommend by a different one! ... show more

So I gave it four stars and not five because as a five foot eleven 165-175lb man I might as well say it’s a great HARDTAIL E-Bike…. Don’t believe me?… buy one, ask anyone that received the models with a shock+absorber and not the air shock, and for anyone who received that one; how is it? I’ve attached a photo - it’s upside down, but you can see the rating is 650lbs!!! Like damn I know yall in china think us Americana lardy-tardies be fat af but here in Murica them wouldn’t be riding one of these lol XD So yeah, after like nine weeks just counting Pennies saving up for this DJMotor’s 290mm 250LB pitbike shock replacement it should be on within the next 2-3 weeks and I sure hope it fits and is comfy and squishy!!! I’m getting the one with the nitrogen canister separately which is $60 more and regardless $120 or $185 it’s still something that I shouldn’t have to do!! If I bought any dirt-bike new the ONLY reason I’d be buying a new shock for a new bike would be to UGRADE QUALITY but in this case it’s literally JUST TO GET MY REAR SUSPENSION TO FUNCTION AT ALL! Fastace rear shock spring replacement with a 250lb spring rate is $130… probably would be smart to keep it in the family oem brand to avoid compatibility issues but I feel that since I have to do this anyways WHY NOT ACTUALLY UPGRADE SO I DONT FEEL SO GRUMPY ABOUT IT!! Oh and that price was for the whole shock absorber too not just the spring and I clarify this btw because I don’t remember what it was to purchase just the spring by itself but everything I found was just unreasonable like basically the same price except you’ve got to disassemble and reassemble even more and I doubt it’s like a automotive version where you’ve got to compress it to mount but I don’t know I’ve never don’t this type of repair/modification before. Lastly, to find display setting information online it’s very disorganized, but I think they’re working on that, it’s getting updated and for all I know my dual battery motor version actually does have a different display model than the others… is that why the manuals I’d find wouldn’t be for the display I have? Even though it says it was? FOR YOUR INFORMATION FYI - the display I have is the; **YL90T-H USERS MANUAL** … Bluetooth doesn’t actually connect, from what I can tell it’s just a marketing gimmick but I would love to be proven wrong! lol they don’t even spell “Bluetooth” correctly in MY ACTUAL PRINTED USER MANUAL THAT CAME WITH IT… but hey I didn’t buy it for that reason, tbh I didn’t even think it did until it mentioned it in the manual. But then I imagined settings in a iPhone app and got excited, to be let down… also, here’s a big one I need help with, well two actually and I hope SAMEBIKE REPRESENTATIVES ARE READING THIS; 1. CRUISE CONTROL - Does it exist. If so, how? 2. What ELSE can I do to reach max speed?… I can get to 33mph… I’m on 1-9/P3 Setting… obviously maxed out limit@100km/P6 Setting… I didn’t realize I must have accidentally disabled the front motor and it was bothering me I could feel power loss but anyways ugh I could list them all but my post is probably already overwhelmed, how about a good discussion forum y’all could point me into the right direction of? I’m going to be modifying anything and everything I can! LETS SEE WHERE THE CEILING IS AND THIS IS WHY I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE THESE ARE BETTER TO MOD AND TUNE THAN SUPER73 AND IF YOU THOUGHT MY POST WAS NEGATIVE THEN NOW HERES MY MOMENT TO TELL YOU IM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND ONCE I CAN SIT ON IT AND FEEL SUSPENSION SQUISH DOWN FROM MY WEIGHT I WILL FEEL SO MUCB JOY AND ABSOLUTELY BE IN LOVE WITH THIS BIKE, would definitely recommend it to anyone of my friends or strangers with those disclaimers & I have to keep reminding myself this is a brand new model and so I’m one of the pioneers of tuning and modifying and customizing this beautiful piece of practical art and I thank y’all from SAMEBIKE very much! I HAD DECIDED A FEW MONTHS AGO I WANTED TO UPGRADE TO FROM THE BINTELLI FUSION THAT I HAD BEEN RIDING. I MADE A LIST OF THE THE FEATURES THAT I WANTED. FULL SUSPENSION, DUAL BATTERIES AND DUAL MOTORS, AND SOMETHING THAT WENT AT LEAST 35 MPH. AFTER LOOKING AT COUNTLESS BIKES THE PILOT M20 SEEMED TO OFFER THE BEST VALUE AS MOST BIKES WITH SIMILAR SPECS WERE QUITE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE. I READ ENOUGH POSITIVE REVIEWS TO FINALLY PULL THE TRIGGER ON BUYING THE BIKE AND I COULDNT POSSIBLY BE HAPPIER WITH MY CHOICE. THIS BIKE IS A BLAST TO RIDE! IT IS FAST AND POWERFUL AND THE DUAL BATTERIES HAVE REMOVED ANY CONCERN ABOUT RUNNING OUT OF POWER IF I WERE TO EXTEND MY RIDE FOR WHATEVER REASON.
