I’ve had these for about a month. Once you find the right fit they are perfect. The sound is better than all the others I’ve tried. I like being able to just having hearing aid and just Bluetooth or both at the same time. They do seam a little big at first but you get use to that. Plus others think your just wearing ear buds and not hearing aids too. They have seven levels of hearing sound for each ear and two background sounds,quite or noisy. You control to volume on the device like my phone or my watch for Bluetooth. With the right fit calls are real clear and with the hearing sound off you don’t have any outside noise at all. I don't like how visible these are and they are a vibrant blue so there is no hiding them. On the other hand, people just think you are wearing ear buds which is common today. Mine didn't come with additional pieces to adjust how they fit in the ear canal. I was told that they ran out and to purchase those elsewhere and we would be given $10 back to cover the cost. Would have preferred they find them for me, purchase them, and then send them to me instead of making me do all the leg work. So I'd give them a 2 star for customer service for this reason and shipping me a product that didn't have all the parts. As for the product, they do work pretty well. If you don't have them fitted quite right in your ear, you tend to get white noise and screeching on volumes 3, 4, and max. Additionally, you can hear yourself talk which is a little like when you plug your ears with your fingers and speak. It isn't as bad as doing that but it is noticable. You can also hear them switch from normal listening to bluetooth mode. It just takes a little getting used to. As the product goes, I give them a 4 star. Because I'm missing adjustment pieces and can't get them fitted just right yet, they have fallen out a few times and a couple of those times into water. I quickly retrieved them and they do seems to be waterproof. Overall, I think they are a good product and would recommend people to give them a try. They may not be right for everyone. I like that they were easy to pair with my phone and can still hear what is going on around me. I hear real well with these. The only downfall is I hear everything. Background noise like fans moving air. Water dripping in a fishtank. Background noise. I can't wear them in a car because of the noise from the window is louder when I wear them. I bought these 6 months ago and already need a new pair. All of a sudden as soon as I get them out of the box they go back and forth from one ear to the other instead of at the same time-power on -begin to hear. Then the left side shuts off. ... show more
