I'm on the fence of keeping it. I have very fine wavy hair. My flat iron from Sally's of almost 8 yrs. died. I like the digital of this iron along with memory of temperature. The on&off button I see will wear out, it's tiny & does not pop out enough to use your finger. I have to use my finger nail to turn on & off. The lock on it is super tight/hard, this locks it close. It come with a like velvet bag for travel. The cord drives me nuts! It's much heavier than my other, gets tangle & caught on something every time. The biggest issue for me, it's grabbing at my ends and have broken some off. I use a heat spray prior to using, nothing different than I did with my other. I wished I saved my broken one to compare heating plates. No issues in 8 yrs of a iron grabbing at my ends. This was my 2nd time using it. ... show more
