The media could not be loaded. Cute flat iron, the flat iron itself does work well, results are ok for the price. In this video you can see the results look pretty good on a small section, but overall is not the same look of completed straightened hair. However, that is understandable, being that this is on the lower end in price, and for that I think it's ok and especially if you still want volume to your natural hair then it's a win and definitely go for this and not a more expensive flat iron which will really make it almost bone straight and flat. ... show more

I bought this because I was taking a two week vacation to Ireland and needed a dual voltage flat iron. I had heard many stories of flat irons being fried and/or causing outages, and was warned not to bring one. But there was no way with my thick, coarse hair that I could travel without one. When I started looking, I found them to be very pricey ($130-$160). This one was perfect. The price was right and it worked perfectly! I'm on the fence of keeping it. I have very fine wavy hair. My flat iron from Sally's of almost 8 yrs. died. I like the digital of this iron along with memory of temperature. The on&off button I see will wear out, it's tiny & does not pop out enough to use your finger. I have to use my finger nail to turn on & off. The lock on it is super tight/hard, this locks it close. It come with a like velvet bag for travel. The cord drives me nuts! It's much heavier than my other, gets tangle & caught on something every time. The biggest issue for me, it's grabbing at my ends and have broken some off. I use a heat spray prior to using, nothing different than I did with my other. I wished I saved my broken one to compare heating plates. No issues in 8 yrs of a iron grabbing at my ends. This was my 2nd time using it. ... show more
