UPON RECIEVING IT: I'm going to be really honest. I had a 45$ credit that was burning a hole in my pocket. I wanted a new toy! And there it was. The listing. With epic photos and wording, you would think you were buying the latest from Bose. Wow do they go overkill to sell something so simple and cheap! Well? It worked. I ordered it at 11 and it arrived at 6:30. Instant gratification is so addictive! It was packed very neatly, and arrived safe and sound. Not a scratch! I already knew what to expect in regards to it's "fit and finish". It's 39$! You can't get styrofoam at that price. Yes, it's veneered particle board, but so what?! I was surprised that it actually had a bit of weight to it. Thus means it's not just an empty box with small speakers. They actually paid attention to the acoustics. The accessories it came with are on the cheap side, i.e. the fiber cable, but you're a fool thinking a 49$ cable is going to make a difference. I'm shocked that it came with a 3.5 to Stereo Phono cable as well. (If you can use the fiber cable, please do! You won't regret it.) The first thing I tested was my phone over Bluetooth. No problem at all. It found it immediately. The fiber cable worked fine, but seemed really loose in each connection. I'm an idiot! I didn't notice the tiny dust caps. It fit and worked fine once I removed them. Don't forget the dust caps!! The phono to 3.5mm cable worked as expected as well. I must say that you are getting absolutely every single red cent out of this thing. I'm not kidding when I tell you that I would have no problem comparing it to something in the 150$ range. Does it support "THX", or the latest and greatest stuff that a 200$ system supports? No. It's 39 bucks, remember? Does it have a lot of tone controls, a graphic equivalent, etc? No. You get 3 options. They all sound good. BOSE doesn't even HAVE separate bass or treble control. You have that here, just in an odd way on the remote. Speaking of the remote; it does its job. 2xAAA Batteries were not Included. No, a universal remote won't work, so make SURE you don't lose the remote it came with. There are no controls on the "box" itself. The size of the remote is big enough to be functional, but small enough to where you don't feel like you have too many remotes. No, this unit probably won't give you the thundering home theater experience you're wanting for your 75" TV, but it WILL sound better than any speakers built into your TV. It's perfect for use as a small compact sound system that you can pretty much hook up to anything. Most people have no need for an FM tuner, i.e. "regular radio", even though you can hook up a tuner if you wish. You can pretty much hook up anything to it. I've seen people ask "Will this hook up to my computer?" Yes. Yes to everything. What can I say? It's a diamond in the rough. It's inexpensive. NOT cheap! "Computer Associates" brand is cheap. I am extremely satisfied, and intend to use it for much more than I thought I would. It's simple, it's compact, it's 39$ 5 Stars! _______________________ UPDATE 8-14-22 _______________________ Well, it breaks my heart to add this to my review reviews, but the unit has decided it no longer wants to produce, or possibly control volume. * Yes, it gets power * Yes, it's hooked up correctly (to multiple devices might I add. * Yes, cords and cables were checked, and replaced with those of higher / known better quality. * Yes, batteries I'm remote were checked. I went ahead and sent a message to the seller. It's a shame that Amazon plops themselves in as a middle man when it's not always required. I get it, I understand it. It's just annoying at times. Not the sellers fault Early this morning, I received a reply. I found it to be sincere, and they wasted no time, and it appears they are making it as hassle free as possible. At 39.99, it's easy to say "Well, you got what you paid for!" I am NOT a believer in that statement because I've seen defective in everything that plugs into a wall, has more than 1 moving part, runs off a battery, or burns dead dinosaurs to work. If you "get what you pay for", we wouldn't have Mercedes Benz mechanics. Warranties wouldn't exist. Spare parts would simply be unnecessary. Let's see how things turn out, and if I get taken care of.     • Really great, just minor inconevniences
This sound system is perfect for the size of my room. My room is i believe about 12x12ft, so it fills the room perfectly, i dont know how well it would do in bigger rooms though. The bass, clearness, and loudness works great for the given sized room. Minor things (i say minor because i guess you can live without em) i wish it had though; the volume doesnt display on either tv or bar, ie volume +5, etc. also when you increase/decrease the volume, there’s certain volume jumps the bar has. If you add vol once, the sound increases a bit, increase again once, the volume jumps sort of loudly. Other than these inconveniences, definitely worth the price! ... show more

This is an excellent deal for the money! The only thing I would change is to make it so the volume goes up in smaller increments because it goes from moderately loud to insanely loud pretty quickly. Still, it's pretty good quality for what you pay.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a budget wireless soundbar for a projector setup but didn't actually want a bar style soundbar. Came across this 2.1 with built in bottom firing subwoofer unit an it was exactly what i was looking for style wise. Having never heard of this brand an the price being so low i was bit skeptical. But i pulled the trigger anyways an I'm glad i did. This thing punches well above its weight class. I'd put it in the smaller space use category bedroom/small living room, an it has no problem filling the room whatsoever. I've had other small budget soundbars from Sony, Vizio an I'd say this Saiyin tops them in sound easily. ... show more

The good: Very adequate sound, volume and quality Several input options Large, sturdy case. Good because my DVD player and TV needed to sit on top of it Great price, $39 plus tax The bad: Set up instructions are poorly written and very small print but I was able to decipher them No volume level indicator, but the remote is very responsive Does not come with batteries for the remote. Sub woofer speaker has no protective cover, but knowing that you just need to exercise care when moving it. Does not come with coax cable. A lot of the "bad" probably helps to keep the price of this sound bar very low, so maybe not so "bad". I can overlook the "bad" due to the price. I am very happy with this sound bar. It really improved the listening experience with my small TV. More a "sound box"......, but that is fine with me. Recommended if you are on a budget and need enhanced sound in a medium to small room. Update: There was a problem with my first sound bar but the seller very quickly sent me a new one and several emails to verify that the new sound box was working and that I was satisfied with their product and service, both of which are great.     • Great value and performance
This unit is really great and performs line a much more expensive model. Easy to connect, very balanced clear audio. Used in a guest room TV and low end is also very good. I am hard to impress and am a former audio engineer. I did not expect it to perform this well for the money. I'm considering getting another for my own bedroom. It has optical, RCA and Bluetooth inputs. The optical input sounds fantastic but does require you to use the included remote and TV remote does not control volume. I wanted all in one remote so I used the RCA input. The unit looks nice enough and just placed the TV on top. Do yourself a favor and try out. ... show more
