$30 won't make a Snapper into a Honda mower. I bag in the fall with my leaves. We have many fruit trees, popular and willow trees in our yard. Our Honda mower leaves a clean path while my Snapper takes two passes. This new blade does a better job than the OEM high lift blade, but I still need to take a 2nd pass over the same area to get all the leaves. I think it was worth the money and the time to install the blade and I would purchase another one in the future in the need arose. The Honda just does a better job. ... show more

New blade same as first. Blades have arch (bow) to them. Outer edge is 1/4"- 3/8" lower than center mounting point causing contact with mower deck. Claim to be for Snapper HiVac, but does not work with the rolled under deck design.

Nice blade. Had to sharpen it and flip the wing things around because they banged into the bolt for the drive pulley. I will update this review when it stops raining and I can cut the grass. Hoping with the hi vac mower and this blade it will help with the pine needles.
