If you’re make a big recipe of cole slaw, chicken salad, etc, this will cut down prep time a lot. I’ve even chopped chicken in it and it works well. The one downside—time to clean. You don’t use this for small batches because the time you save in chopping will be lost in getting all the food particles from between the blades.
