I really liked the chair and it appeared to work very well! I especially enjoyed how the massage would go all the way down to my thighs! All the functions worked well and it came on time and with the $20 added fee it was delivered to the room like I asked. The ONLY problem I had was the massage was to rough for me. I would have to put down a blanket and fold it in half and place that in the chair to make the shiatsu comfortable enough to use. I enjoyed the pressure of the airbags but really wish that the shiatsu massagers had adjustable strength. Sad to say I had to return the chair but otherwise it was wonderful I would have given it five stars if I could only use it without wincing lol. The only other thing that I would have liked was airbags for the hips. If you like massage chairs and can handle the shiatsu being a rough and this is the chair for you! The media could not be loaded. The delivery company never contacted me to arrange delivery. I came home to find that they delivered it without me knowing, and chose to drop it beside my house in a rainstorm, instead of leaving it on my covered porch. It was a disaster. I contacted the seller to arrange a return, and they gladly offered to send me a prepaid return label, but wanted me to open it and try it out first. I’m so glad I did. This chair is top quality. The construction is solid, even the stitching is impressive. The combination of the rollers and airbags give you a complete body massage. The head pillow is also an airbag that might be good if you have migraines, but you can flip it back and not use it. I don’t have that problem, but it seems like it might help. It has several settings that I just choose at random and I like them all so far. The timer is set for 15 minutes and I almost always fall asleep, so definitely relaxing. The leg airbags and foot massager have definitely improved my circulation, and given me much needed relief from my night-time battle with restless leg syndrome. If you experience RLS I recommend you try this. The SL track starts at your neck and goes almost all the way down to the knee, where the leg airbag starts. There are also airbags for your shoulders and arms. The rollers are a little intense at first, but if you don’t use the zero gravity position it’s much better. I go back and forth depending on the intensity I need. I was worried about the sizing on massage chairs in general, I’m 5’7” and weigh 210. I have no issues fitting into this chair comfortably, and have room to spare. It has wheels so it’s easy to move around, and it’s actually pretty quiet. I was hesitant to spend this much money on something and something go wrong. Well it definitely did. The box was soaked and I had to ask for help to get it inside. This company was so eager to help. They promptly answered every email, and took care of everything. They really care about their customers and stand behind their products. I would have retuned this chair immediately, but the integrity of this company was so impressive that I gave it a chance. I don’t doubt for a second that they won’t honor the warranty should I have any problems. The combination of features for this price makes this chair a great deal. I received the item within the week. Amazon has replaced the item with an item that is worse than the first. The instructions are poorly written. The sentences are not cohesive. I received parts without instructions nor explanation as to what the parts are for. The AI does not communicate. The first chair would communicate about 10 minutes after I got out of the chair. #Creepy I set the thing for neck and shoulders and it massages my feet, low back, and hips. The knob on the side seems worthless. The fingerprint thing has zero value. I could go on, but I won't. I have attempted to reach out to customer service using the information from Amazon. Only have had it for a couple hours. Only negative so far how strong the rollers are. I think I am at lowest setting and still hurts. Instruction manual doesn’t go into enough details of adjustments. Super comfortable and relaxing for most part. Just wish the rollers had more settings
