This is a good tummy binder, I bought it because it came in black, but there is no place to stick the Velcro except onto the stretchy elastic which when you pull it off all the elastic fibers fray. Someone forgot to sew the area for the Velcro panel area! Now that I’ve used it I won’t be able to send back because I need it for my surgery area, hip/tummy. ... show more

I recently had abdominal surgery and have been wearing the basic white ab binder which have given me good support. I wanted one in black to wear under dark clothes and ordered this one. It’s useless though. It’s very flimsy and gives little to no support. It’s also extremely difficult to take off - the Velcro sticks so strongly that I needed another person to help remove it which is not ideal for someone with weakened abdominals. I wanted to return it but after trying it on the Velcro caused so much damage to the binder that I doubt I’ll be able to. If you’re interested in this product to support your abdomen I’d recommend finding something else. ... show more

Bought this as an abdominal binder for my husband who is a high level paraplegic (for blood pressure and diaphragm assistance). It was nice at first, but quickly stretched out. The spandex/ stretchy material fragments and starts to create a very uncomfortable and unpleasant texture. It has 3 plastic stays in it, which is great for keeping the binder from rolling up, but those also eventually pop out of their stitches. Not worth the money imo but there's not many other options out there. ... show more
