Thèse were replacement batteries. This is going to end up being a review for two company’s and two products. My two Shark hand vac stopped working and I figured it was the battery. I search the net and nothing expect Amazon popped up and they had the battery pack. I decided to call Shark to see if they still had the batteries for my model. After a minute she came back and told me no they do not. However, Amazon caries a battery pac that works well with my model and Shark had approved them selling them and they would recommend them. Well, there’s a first. She gave me the replacement, number for the one on. Amazon of which I had pulled up on my laptop. I thanked her, hung up and click buy 2. Two days later I was taking my vacs apart again. They are like brand new again. Now if only I could buy a new battery pack for myself who knows what I’d do.
