My i3 stopped working after about a year. I ordered a replacement battery from this company, which even came with a small screw driver to help me change out the part!!! Such a bonus and I much appreciated it!! Replaced the batter and had it start cleaning to help drain the battery and to get a full charge. This has got to be one of my top purchases from Amazon. Thanks for not only shipping me the battery but providing a tool to help me replace it, because I’m sure I would have spent twenty minutes just finding a screw driver!!!
