Not anymore since I was able to find this exceptional aftermarket battery so I can swap when the other one is depleted. This battery charges quickly and has the exact same amount of voltage. The media could not be loaded. I like that the price is a bit cheaper than the original battery with similar features, the one I have is 2000mAh and the replacement says it is 3000mAh, however the runtime is very similar, I was expecting a longer runtime, around 50%, but it is not, it has 20% more lifespan, but that doesn't really matter as it gave me a bit more time for a cheaper price, now I have to check the lifespan, I will update my review after several months to mention it, for now I think it is a great option to consider. ... show more

This battery is a perfect additional battery to have on hand for the Bissell stick vacuum we recently purchased.
