    • Exact match to battery that came with vaccum
The battery was exactly the same as original Miele. Sometimes you are surprised and get an "equivalent" product. That was not the case here. Delivery was quick and on date promised. I was hoping to get a better price, but not this time.

    • Develops charging problems
I have about 1600 sq ft of mixed (carpet and hardwood) floors to clean every 1-2 weeks. 2 batteries didn’t quite manage that, so I’ve now been using 3 of these for nearly 3 years. They still hold a full charge - IF they actually charge. All of them are increasingly developing problems making contact with the charger. Some won’t charge until repeatedly inserted into the charger, and one has completely stopped charging today. It feels like this is mostly a mechanical issue with the battery, not with the charger. It is such a waste having to recycle a perfectly fine battery because Miele doesn’t know what type of connector is appropriate for this purpose. Not reflective of how they built things in the past. And very expensive error on my side to go with this system. ... show more

    • Why did I only get $144.00 in return, when I paid $207. for this item I returned?
I returned this power-pak when I realized this was not what was wrong with my Meile. I am wondering now why my refund amount is only $144+ change when I paid $207+chng. Why was I not refunded the full amount I paid. Especially, considering I ordered the power-pak because the design on the vacuum was faulty and the cord that charged the power-pak kept falling out of the power-pak. Because I did not readily see this, it led me to believe the power-pak was bad. Once I saw what the problem actually was, (as the new power-pak did not fix the issue), I returned the unused power-pak. I would like a full refund. ... show more

Love the Triflex HX1 Cordless vac that I purchased in October of 2021. However, I'm now on my 3rd battery because each one has conked out after six months of light use. I contacted Miele and was told to take my battery to one of their authorized service techs but the technician said batteries cannot be recharged. I don't think I'll be buying more batteries after my current one dies. A shame. ... show more

So my battery did not come with a charger! Paying this much, I assumed a charger would be included. Pictures show it with a charger!
