I bought this for my husband to use. He just wanted something lightweight and portable that he could use to browse the internet, watch YouTube help videos (he does a lot of home projects and car repairs and such), and email on. It is a nice little computer for the price. It is lightweight but not so light that it feels cheap. The picture is good and it has plenty of speed to do general browsing, watching video, email, etc. It doesn't come with a lot of storage but that can easily be expanded and for the price it's pretty adequate. It has 2 USB ports which is handy. It also has a HDMI port but we haven't tried that out yet. I did look at other computers at this price and most others only came with 4 GB RAM while this one has 6 GB RAM which is nice. Oh, and it came with a wireless mouse which is a plus because we don't always like to use laptop touchpads. About the only flaw we have found is that it has a rather short cord for a laptop. That said, I didn't think that was a big enough flaw to knock off a star since we can easily add an extension cord and be fine. If you are looking for a decent, lightweight laptop with enough speed/power to browse the web, do schoolwork, email, etc, this is a good one. ... show more

I got this out of curiosity because it was good price. I was expecting it to be a budget chrome book style laptop, but was thoroughly impressed! It is much more customizable compared to any chrome book, and runs well. The speakers sound good and it is a lot better than a tablet. Compared to my Lenovo ThinkPad (see pictures) it held up fairly well, good screen size and graphics. It was a little bit of an adjustment but for the price and considering all the pros, I am extremely satisfued! I got a micro SD card to expand the storage. The camera is great too! I love how light it is and it is very durable, great for a travel laptop. I'm not a gamer but would definitely say this is more for simple business than gaming, and it's perfect for my needs. It’s a light weight, easy to carry around plus speed of the laptop is kinda fast. When I placed the order wasn’t expecting this quality. Physical condition: the mouse pad on the computer didn't work upon pulling the computer put if the package. You can't scroll or click with it. They send a portable mouse too (it is very cheaply made). But when I pulled that mouse out too, the left side was damaged and I had to fix it in order to use it. I know the computer is cheap, but I still didn't expect to receive a broken product. User friendlyness: setting this computer up is also a pain. It asks you to create a user profile with wither your email of phone number. It told me that my phone number wasn't valid. I tried multiple times and with a variety of formats (with amd without parenthesis and dashes). I finally gave up and used my email which it also said was invalid. I tried multiple times. I resorted to using another email. It then asked for the password and kept saying it was the wrong password (it wasn't). I was stuck not able to create an account and there is no way around it. I finally used the option to create an account with a new email but it seems like the first option I tried was available. When I tried signing into that email, it appears it might not be mine. So now I'm stressed that the administrative account I set up is under a random person's email address. It doesn't appear that I can remove or change that email address. All in all, the setup has been difficult. If I could figure out how to remove all my information from this computer, I'd return it I a heartbeat. ... show more
