These sheets are the bomb. I am the worst sheet snob and these are the closest I’ve come to my childhood bedding (for reference I am 70). We just got an adjustable bed with 2 twin xl mattresses so I had to start the dreaded search. I tried so many on Amazon and online that were all expensive and was so fed up with poor fit and the wrong weave that I finally went for these even though I never dreamed they’d be acceptable for the price. They fit drum tight on my thick 14” mattresses, something I haven’t been able to duplicate for decades and they stay on and don’t loosen and bunch up. They are true percale, crisp, cool, comfy, have body and substance and wash up nicely. Of course they wrinkle after washing but they’re percale, that’s what percale does!! The fact that they come in patterns is a great bonus as I was so sick sick sick of white. I just got my 3rd set. No pilling and I find the top sheet more than generous. Again, the price is amazing. Go for it, if you don’t like them, just send them back as Amazon makes it convenient and free. Someone else here mentioned the stripes going the wrong way and I laughed because that was the first thing that struck me in the photo but the colors are great and that’s a tiny problem I can live with. I have some real nice cooling microfiber sheets that fit my queen bed nicely. I have 2 sets of microfiber sheets and they aren’t of a good quality. I sweat every night and wake up with wet hair, night shirt and underwear and a very wet fitted sheet in a pool of sweat. They also slide around and come off the mattress. These cotton sheets are like the ones I had as a kid except the elastic goes all the way around the fitted sheet and these have a very nice envelope style pillow cases. They stay where you put them so if you have an adjustable bed and you are tired of feeling like you are in a crockpot every night, you have to have these. Just one nap, I noticed a complete difference. They stay put and they truly are comfortable and cool while you sleep. I immediately ordered another set in a large floral blue. They look like a water color. Those two sets of microfiber are going to be donated. ... show more

I was looking for a 100% cotton neutral colored sheet set with stripes and this set is perfect! I have a Nectar king size memory foam/gel mattress that is 16” thick. I washed and dried them. They did come out wrinkled, but I’m not concerned with that as they will not be seen under my bed comforter. They are a bit stiff, but well made. I see others had noted issues with the edge seams not being sewn , so I checked this when unboxing and no issues with the set I received. I love the neutral colors. The base is an oatmeal color with brown and black stripes. Great value, I like the thickness, and the fitted sheet elasticity is perfect and does not come off of the corners of my mattress with my mattress protector (I’ve had this issue a lot with other, more expensive 100% cotton sheets). I constantly search for good sheets similar to the hotel quality I find when traveling..THIS IS A WINNER!.The generous size and deep pockets easily cover a plush mattress, plus cover and a 4" wool mattress pad without any stress or stretching to fit. The pillow case easily fits my Amazon "poofy moon pillows". The floral pattern looks so high end with my silky comforter. 100% cotton sheets seem to wrinkle more with washing but usually after making the bed the wrinkles disappear.(for a guest room I may use my steamer across the sheet for a perfect look). The sheets are indeed crisp and comfortable unlike paper thin sheets that wad up at the foot of the bed over night..I highly recommend this product! ... show more

These are truly the kind of sheets you used to sleep on at your grandmother's house. Cool and crisp but yet soft on the skin. It's hard to find these qualities in linens without spending crazy amounts of money. These wash nicely, fit well and are the real deal if you want cotton percale. When I unwrapped these sheets, they felt more like microfiber than cotton— quite stiff and actually noisy. They are all labeled 100% cotton, so I will believe that. They are thicker than microfiber but not as thick as other cotton sheets I have. They washed well and the fit is fine. They still feel quite crispy, (advertised as “crisp percale”) but I hope they soften with use and additional washings. The pattern is quite pretty and looks exactly as advertised. I love them. Ordered one set, washed and dried them. They feel like old time cotton sheets. They are cool and crisp. I love the feel and texture. They are slightly wrinkly, but look great once they are on the bed. They seem to be good quality and durable. If you are looking for soft or satiny, don’t order these. I ordered a second set.
