I had two previous mats that didn’t work well. The one, the cats like to claw. The other was way too squishy to really maintain proper form. This is just right! It gives just enough cushion so it’s easier on my knees. It grips really well. My step was moving on the hard floor, but this keeps it from slipping. So far so good with this workout Mat. Looks like it's durable and easy to roll up and put away. My issue with it so far is that the straps they provided to keep it in place while rolled up are inferior in quality. On my first workout after I rolled it out two of the three straps buckles broke as I tighted them. I got to reach out to them and see if they can send me some new straps because that's the only flaw I see so far. I probably would have gave it five stars if not for that. ... show more

I have discovered the fantastic hobby of working out at home since COVID, and it’s really improved my life. But, my window to do this is super early, before my kids wake up. This is problematic because exercising is not a quiet activity. This mat is awesome because I can jump, lift, do sumo jacks, etc. quietly in my little house! The mat has also helped to protect my knees and hips. I like it for the traction, as well - so much easier to do push-ups on the mat, compared to my wood floors. It’s been a true life-saver!
