After four years of use, the two batteries that came with my F11 were getting tight going in and out of the compartment (swelling) and not holding a charge as long as they once did. I considered a non Ruko branded replacement for a little less money but decided to go with the real thing. The non Ruko may have been basically the same and may even be made by the same company, who knows, but I decided to not take the chance just to save a few bucks. So far, after two months this battery works just as well as the two batteries that came with the F11 Pro when it was new. If I get four years out of this battery like the originals, I'll be satisfied. ... show more

We had drone in air I think 17 minutes and it returned due to low battery. Good battery just needs longer life.

I ordered these batteries being the name brand for my new drone, and I tried these batteries and now my drone won't fly. Update, these batteries did not fry my drone, but they still do not work, at least in my drone they didn't. Update: The batteries did NOT fry my drone. And without even reaching out to customor support, They reached out to me and said they would send me a new battery, free of charge. Now THAT'S service. When a company reaches out to make you happy, that is outstanding. I will be buying from Ruko again, I got my eye on their mini. My drone flys great, and that's what I wanted. Battery life is good, and the pictures and video are fantastic. I am updateing my review to 5 stars from 1 simply because of the costomer service. If you are not happy, Ruko will make you happy.     • Charging...
The battery I received won’t fully charge, It’s been stuck at 2 lights and 1 blinking for over a day and 4 lights means it’s fully charged. Not sure what to do with it if it won’t fully charge, will try to return, (update) seller refunded without any issue
