  • PROTECTS ALL WOOD TYPES: Oil Plus 2C can be applied to almost all wood types and has great wear, water and heat resistance. It's very user-friendly, has very low consumption and avoids overlaps and marks.
  • ECOLOGICAL WOOD TREATMENT - 0% VOC: Only a small amount of wood oil is required for the durable protection of your wood, ensuring low consumption, less packaging and less transport. Our wood oil is also sustainable thanks to being linseed oil based.
  • 55 COLORS: The Oil Plus 2C range boasts 55 colors which enrich the natural look and feel of your wood. Pure is non-pigmented, but will warm the wood on application due to the linseed oil base.
  • CERTIFIED QUALITY: Oil Plus 2C contains 0% VOC and does not contain water or solvents. Our oil is therefore safe to use on wooden toys (EN 71-3), complies with food contact regulations and is free of harmful substances for indoor use (Eurofins).

We ordered a sample of this and the Natural. Natural is really a whitish color and does not bring out the warmth of the wood. The Pure was great! Gives a nice warm color and makes the grain look nice. After trying this sample, we bought the larger size with the hardener. Refinished the kitchen butcher block counters and it looks great! Application was easy with a microfiber cloth. Smell was not too bad while it cured and it was essentially fully dry in two days, but waited the recommended five days before using the surface. Much better than the Waterlox finish we previously had on the counters, which took forever to dry, smelled horrible, got damaged easily, and hard to repair. Also, very easy to clean with the Rubio soap cleaner diluted per the directions. We are very happy with the results! ... show more

I have not used this product yet, but a friend who makes tables recommended it and says it is excellent, easy to use, and leaves a lovely finish that enhances the wood grain. I intend to use it on my kitchen butcher block.

These guys are number one for a reason. Awesome product. The price is reflective of the product, you get what you pay for... and this is right up there with filet and lobster on the same plate. Yes it's pricey, but definitely worth it.

I don't want to give an unfair review and can't answer on the durability. I bought the sample to see how it would look on a cherry project. My sampling was Rubio and two other standard finishes. I asked my wife which she preferred and hands down agreed with me on the Rubio. Based on the test I have ordered the two part for the actual project based on cure time. It takes so little of the product the 20ml amount is enough to finish a small project like a box. If you use it remember it is dry to the touch very quickly but without the accelerator takes 3 - 4 weeks to cure. ... show more

Used this for a dresser drawer rehab and the product turned out great. Easy to use. Would suggest using foam or something other than a scraper, especially with a lot of edges or holes in your work.

I guess its my fault for not reading the small print. The bottle looks a lot bigger in the picture than what you get. Very small bottle but it does say its only 20 ml so its actually my fault.
