The grandkids loved it, but not sure how long it will last with the little ones learning how to put the ball through the hoop. To begin with, this is a pretty solid-looking basketball goal but the backboard is a bit thin and flimsy to be a backboard. It took more than a casual glance to put the thing together. The directions were not the best-written directions either. It takes a fair amount of common sense and being able to figure things out on your own to get this put together. The directions help, but it takes a minute. There were three different-sized balls in the box. I am not sure why they were all different, but whatever. The grandkids love to shoot and play with this. But, they are very young, and putting it up on a door was a non-starter for them. We hung it on a kitchen cabinet and it works well. But, they push and pull on it. Not exactly how it was intended to be used, so not sure of the longevity. All in all, it is a pretty good backboard and it looks good. ... show more

    • Fun to play with, a bit of a pain to put together
The basketball hoop was an effort and serious exercise to put together. The metal attachment that attaches the hoop to the backboard wasn't adjustable without having to basically yank out the metal bit keeping it in position. I pretty much had to use my knee to keep the backboard down while basically using a load of force to yank out and yank back in the metal bit that keeps the hoop's metal part in position, and a lot of praying that the backboard didn't snap under the pressure. Otherwise everything else was pretty easy to put together, the hooks were simple and straight forward, the net was easy to put on, it was easy getting the hoop and backboard attached, etc. The basketballs are easy to pump and bounce pretty well and feel good to toss around. It fits smoothly onto doors. Obviously the most glaring problem is that I can't fold up the hoop if I want to make transporting it easier. At least without needing to go through the whole process of yanking out the metal bit in the hoop and putting it back in again. Otherwise it's fun to mess around with, and the family likes to play around with it too. ... show more

The item appears to be made from good-quality materials. It is small enough to be out of the way, yet large enough to still be easily playable. The only instructions you get are on the outside of the box, so be sure not to throw the box away until after you've put it together. Also, the instructions aren't very clear on how to do things. ... show more

My kids love this hoop. It was very easy to assemble. We actually hung it over the storage door on our balcony for a while. Now it is in my youngest son's room. The hoop has provided tons of fun and entertainment for the whole family.

It's so fun to have a basket to shoot balls into when you're bored or the kids want to play dunk. The basket was easy to put together. It comes with a pump and the pump works great. The balls are a bit smaller than your average balls when you order a door-hanging basket. I own several and notice immediately that the balls are not the same size in my other sets. My kids didn't play with these balls much because they happen to be smaller than what they're used to. ... show more

The RSEPD Basketball Hoop Indoor is a nice gift for a young boy. My son enjoys playing with it in his room when he gets bored, and it was easy to set up. It's pretty sturdy overall. The only thing to note is that the balls that come with it are somewhat small.

Nice little backboard, rim & ball for younger children. Seems to be pretty sturdy. Balls are VERY bouncy. Contacted seller with a question about the rim and received quick response. Need to use a little force to get the rim in the down position.

The hoop itself is very sturdy, but when it came to putting it together, the tools it came with are not the best, if you have your own screwdriver just use your own. Also screws were little bit hard to fit in the holes, but after little maneuvering finally we were able to set it up. Fits just fine on doors and kids have fun with shooting hoops to pass some time.
