I bought another brand of washer and I bought my dryer from this Merchant and I was so unhappy with the washer the hoses were too short and just the spin cycle was too narrow so I sent it back to Amazon and I was trying to send back the dryer but then the company told me they had a washer as well so I went ahead and purchased their washer to try it this is the only one that I would ever buy the hoses are longer the drain hoses is longer and it has like an elbow to it so you can put it over your sink the Phil hose is longer it looks like a more sturdy machine and it's very lightweight but where you wash your clothes it's very deep and a lot of room and I love the spin cycle the drying part it's actually wider than other ones I am very very happy with this product and I highly recommend the washer and the dryer the dryer is very hot and my clothes are completely dry thank you very much to this company ... show more

The power is sufficient to thoroughly clean small loads at a time. I was suprised to see the rinse cycle was very efficient. The only con is the water pipe to fill up the water does not attach or fit to the faucet. You will need a bucket to fill it.     • Does what it promises.
I got this for some extended travels over a few months where I will be driving from state to state, and will not always have access to a full size unit. What I like is that it works as described, and cleans my clothes. It's light and easy to move. The spin works really well and really gets the clothes almost dry, to the point I was surprised. For me, the downsides are; It requires a lot of user attention to get through a load or several loads. The spinner holds about half of what the washer holds, so after your first wash, you move half to the spinner and let it spin, then find a place to put those clothes while you load and spin the second half. then put them all back in the washer for the rinse, followed by a second series of the same thing...for each small load. That being said, I knew all that when ordering, and so it's more that I am disappointed after experiencing what it's actually like to wash with this, but they were clear about what I was getting. It would have been MUCH better to have the spinner of the same capacity as the washer. And even better if they were both the same thing, but they have those, and I didn't buy one because this was cheaper and more portable. Other notes are that when you start the spin, you have to hold the unit steady while it spins up to full speed. Once it's at full speed it's fine, but getting there involves a lot of vibration and it moves all around. Mine also occasionally makes a grindy/clicky noise for a few seconds during the wash. I hope this is normal operation, and not an indication of something about to break. If it does break, I'll update this. I'm not sure what the supply hose is supposed to fit on. Not any faucet or hose valve I have in my house or have ever seen for sure. Maybe something that is standard in Asia?? But I just fill it with a garden hose and that works fine, and is probably faster too. Finally, it's not exactly a water saving type of washer. BUT, like I mentioned at the start, I got exactly what was promised, and it should work fine for my needs. But it's not something I would buy for long term use. ... show more

This tiny washer has left me in awe. I have a small walk up apt on the 3rd floor. I was just so tired of lugging the laundry up 3 flights. There isn't any room for a full size appliance. I purchased this product with skepticism. I had watched so many YouTube reviews and told myself if it didn't work I'd be losing a minimal amount of money. Well it works! The amazing spin dry will shock you. It really does spin out most the water. I hung dry my clothes and they dried very quickly. I should have bought this last year.     • Select Switch Drain Function Broken..Will not Drain from Tub

I gave this an overall rating of 3 stars because of broken switch. I was excited to try this portable washer and finally used it for the 1st time but I could not drain the tub after washing. The knob appears to be broken.. I had to manually scoop the water from the tub after washing. The Wash Timer and Spin Timer knobs worked but when I turned the Select knob to Drain...Nothing happened. I thought maybe there was a clog so I checked the hose and even elevated the machine to ensure gravity would allow the water to drain out but nothing...I then proceeded to test the spin timer to see if the water would drain from the clothes and to my surprise it worked so clearly the hose was not the issue. Very upset. Whats the point of using a portable washer if I have to manually drain the water after washing and rinsing the clothes? I had to scoop all the water out since clothes were wet and it was really annoying and ruined the entire experience.. In fairness the washer worked great and the spinner is awesome...I only set it to 2 or 3 and almost all the water was removed from the clothes so I knew they would not take long to dry. For this reason I still would recommend a portable washer however due to this drain problem with this specific washer, I don't think I would get another one from this brand.
