Will never purchase from this company again. Within two weeks of having this machine, we had multiple issues (see pictures) with water not running over the ice-making element fully, creating partial ice cubes. The most ice that this machine produced was 30lb in 24 hours (up to 110lb was how it was advertised), and the ice bin only held about 12lb, not 24lb. A little over 2 weeks after having the machine, it stopped working altogether. We sent it back, and the company has yet to begin to reimburse us for the machine (they have had it for almost two weeks per the tracking), and they made us pay to ship it back ($120). We purchased an ice machine from another company with similar specifications (100lb of ice within 24 hours, 33lb storage bin), for the same price, and set it up in the same spot in our home - we have had zero issues with this new machine! It produces very close to the 100lb in 24 hours, if not exactly that amount, and holds close to 33lb of ice. Euhomy is the brand to go with, not this company. ... show more

I was spendingn12 dollars a day to keep us innthe luxury of having ice on hand. That's over 120 per month. I spent 220 on my ice machine and I love this lil guy. To be noted about the unit, it does not have a storage freezing unit so, for me, when the bin is half full I scoop it out into a container and toss it in the freezer. After 10 min the ice freezes harder. I give it a cpl pokes with a butter knife and BAM, I have restaurant quality ice in hand at all times. It's very worth the price. Thanks guys. I bought this product and from the first day of receipt it has been leaking water all over everywhere. It has ruined my the baseboards in my warehouse and I have tried to help the manufacturer by following instructions that were emailed to me to try to repair the unit myself, but that only confirmed that it was an internal issue in the unit. They now want to refund me $30 and send me parts. I am not someone who can repair things so I'm supposed to call someone to come out to repair it when it was broken from day 1? Really? How about just take the defective unit back and offer to replace it or refund it? I have been arguing with them now for over 30 days. The customer service is just as defective as their unit. I would suggest buying something that is made in America! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The machine overall isn't loud. We used a 5 gallon water jug and this is one hour worth of ice with it dropping a batch every 15ish minutes. The only problem we had was no fault to the machine. We had to find the sweet spot for the water jug to vent properly. After we figured that out it did great! It will be accompanying us on our next sxs ride in the toy hauler! ... show more
