This fridge was bought for my new in home bar, i had a nook built for it to slide right into place!! I received the fridge with shipping damaged a dent on the right side and it was smushed at the top left side.I plug the fridge in (to make sure it worked properly) and then I contacted the seller to inform them of the shipping damage and told them I would keep the damaged fridge as long as it functioned properly, but wanted a discount off! They respond with in 15 min asking for pictures of the damage (as expected) I sent the pictures and about 1 hour later Amazon sent me a notification saying that a discount was being processed… They were so fast, and the discount was more then I was expecting!!! This company’s customer service was a 10 out of 10. As the bad reviews say the light permanently stays on but if you open the door at the top you will find a on/off switch so you can have it off or on all the time…and there is slight condensation that runs down the inside back panel but nothing a paper towel can’t fix!!! This fridge gets VERY COLD, VERY FAST!! It’s very quite and the capacity was larger then I expected!!! This fridge does lock which is a cool feature, the only thing I didn’t check was the handle was a right swing only and cannot be swapped!!! So I had to make some adjustments to my custom built nook!!! I will try to add pictures after full installation is completed!!! ... show more

This product is beautiful and appears to be very well made but I had to return it only because it didn't serve a specific purpose for me. I needed it to cool to 32 degrees. It in fact cooled to 33-34 degrees but only on max cool setting which is only recommended for a short time. Bottom line, it's perfectly suitable for cooling drinks. My experience with customer support was outstanding. Communication between myself and Genesis was almost instantaneous. Genesis arranged for a pickup at my house and that worked out without a hitch. This was most appreciated because returning a refrigerator could have been a real hassle but not with this vendor. Thank you Genesis! ... show more

This little commercial fridge checked all the boxes: cute, well priced, humanly liftable and cold. I read the specs on the PremiumLevella website and learned it was a newly released product for them which explained the lack of reviews. Ours is a tiny outdoors shop in the Oregon Cascade foothills with a short busy season, shorter now due to intensely smokey late summer wildfire season. I do like these refrigerators, however, there are some things you might want to know. In terms of the ACTUAL units, they are beautiful. I really like how they look, the size, etc. and the fact they keep things cold - they are first class. However, in terms of function, the shelves will not stay put, so if you're lifting something off them, like a tray of cookies or a flat of eggs, the shelf will pop out and come with it, usually falling to the floor and injuring a knee, shin or ankle on the way, as well as damaging itself as is crashes to the floor, which means now I have to take the time to go wash and sanitize it. Happens CONSTANTLY. It's very irritating that I can't easily slide cookies or cakes or eggs out of the fridge without 4 hands or a headache or an injury. If you were using this as display for customers, I'd be wary of an accident for your customers, depending on what they were removing. One Coke, okay, but if the shelf is getting empty or something larger is being removed you will have trouble. The other thing was one of two things I feared with delivery - that either they would arrive damaged from the freight company or that they would arrive DOA. The second happened - my first unit was dead on arrival. It was hell for me because i desperately needed this added cooler space for a wedding I was working on and it made my life really hard for two additional weeks waiting for a replacement. They first sent a service person out who walked in the room, didn't touch the unit, wasn't within three feet of the unit, and proclaimed it was not fixable. He was a blithering idiot, however, he is not associated with their company - just a serviceman they sent out. It then took a while for the seller to 'get that report', again, not the sellers fault. I do feel they expedited things as much as humanly possible, I'll give them that, they were on it, and they were nice to me, and understood the pickle this put me in, and I really really appreciated that, but a dead on arrival product is a pain, and I've seen others describe it in the reviews as well. The experience has made me a little nervous about the new one - is it OK? Will it continue to work for me? Will I have problems down the road? I dunno, I hope not because I really do love these and you'll like it, too, as long as it arrives in undamaged condition AND it actually works. As to the shelf issue, no one is going to like that. The shelves need a retrofit done to them so they STAY PUT. If the company could manufacture some rubber grommets or something to keep the shelves from flying out and performing a Nancy Kerrigan knee injury every time you pulled stuff out of the fridge, that'd be awesome. ... show more

I purchased this cooler for my basement over 7 months ago and it has been great. It looks very good, holds a temp well and the LED lights are awesome. The only issue is when it arrived, 2 of 4 wheels under it were broken. I assume the delivery company probably dropped it a little too hard when taking it off the back of the delivery truck. The packaging did not protect them very well. Right away I reached out to their customer service and provided pictures of the damage. They responded within a day and said they would get me replacements. It has now been 7 months and still no wheels. Every few months I reach back out to them and they respond quickly that they still do do not have an ETA. At this point I have given up. Great cooler but poor CS. Hopefully if you purchase one it will come in undamaged otherwise you may be in trouble. ... show more
