I got some cheap shoes that I wanted to glam up for New Years, so I bought this paint to make them glittery. It’s very light and looks silvery from afar but is indeed holographic. It’s pretty much what I was going for! Because the shoes aren’t a flat surface a lot of the paint ran down the sides and off the shoes, so I had to use the whole can. If I wanted more sparkle, I’d buy another and keep adding layers. The spray paint also made some of the shoe paint run/come off (as I said, they’re cheap shoes). Overall I got my desired effect and now I have shoes to wear with a sparkly shirt I have! One thing that did happen is as I was spraying, the nozzle got stuck in its spray position! And it took me a couple minutes to get it to stop spraying. It definitely had me panicking. Not sure if it was the can or me that was the problem there. ... show more

I don’t know why I thought it was black hologram, anyhoo. It’s clear with glitter hologram. Still very cool. Bought a plain black to do and then this on top. Came out super cool.

Absolutely love this product! Easy to use and the transformations are gorgeous. Obviously shows up much more on darker colors than light but adds a lovely glow to either. I’m not even a fan of sparkles to be honest but the holographic effect is ridiculously fun to play with. Highly recommend!

    • Didn’t really adhere
I’m not sure why but it began to chip away and not remain as a solid dispersion after about a day. I didn’t get to sealing it yet with a clear coat; however, it really wasn’t more than a day before it started cracking up and flaying up into little chips.

You will not need a lot of this stuff to make whatever you’re painting shine like crazy. SO MUCH SPARKLE with every press of the spray nozzle. It’s worth mentioning that this was the only can out of three spray paints I ordered from three different sellers to arrive with a lid that protected the sprayer in transit. ... show more

    • Cool product, just know that it is transparent
This paint creates a great holographic sparkle, but I was expecting a dark paint like the image suggests. That is not what this is. The paint is transparent...which is actually better because you can apply it on top of any color you like. The other thing to know is that you will need several coats to achieve the intensity of holographic sparkle shown in the product photo.
