I got this for a 24-hour flight to the other side of the world. We were correct that the pillows provided by the airline were insufficient. This really worked well for propping myself up against the window to sleep. The only downside is that it's really hard to get back into the provided bag. It's great that the bag makes it as small as possible, but for me it takes too long to get it in. My adult son was able to do it a lot faster, so maybe you just need to be younger or stronger?
