This was very easy to install. I’ve purchased four of them and only one of them had a screw I had to manipulate. I will say one of the screw heads came off when I was using a drill to put it into a stud. Also if you are sliding groomers or rings across it you will scratch it. These are just temporary for me and you can’t see it unless you are up on a ladder looking so I’m ok with it ... show more

We purchased one set in gold to hang from the ceiling and for blackout drapes. Ordered another set in black to create a mock-canopy around my daughter's bed with sheer curtains. These are great products! Appreciate the extra screws and anchors, too.     • Fits Over Outside-Mount Blinds
There are thousands of decorative curtain rods, but few that are truly deep-projection that will work with an outside mount blind. These fit over our 2" faux wood blinds with a bit of room to spare. They adjust depth-wise with the set screw to about 4" away from the wall to the back of the rod. Nice, minimalist look that is way better than the cheap $9 wraparound rods of the old days (you know which ones I'm talking about). Seems sturdy. I have a set of blackout curtains with an additional fabric blackout liner. No center support on the smallest size, but it doesn't need it, even with all the weight we have on it. On my 36"W windows, the smallest size barely works when mounted at 4" outside the frame. Save the worry and get the next largest up if in doubt. The back of the mounting plate is a bit rough, so be careful moving it around on the wall trying to figure out where to hang that you don't leave scratches. :/ Recommended. ... show more
