Got this based on the reviews. Ease of assembly is 5 stars for sure, and the quality is definitely up there. Time will tell how good this piece is. For the price, especially, it seems like money well spent. My only gripe is the smell of the bags. Even the instruction manual says it takes a day or two for the bags to air out, but that didn't begin to prepare me for the stench which literally permeated my entire apartment. This is definitely an item you want to store in the garage or even outside for the first day or two. I'm actually suffering from a migraine because of how strong the smell is. I've tried opening windows, spraying the entire thing down with vinegar, and lighting candles -- none of it has helped with trying to tone down the smell. Actually taking off a star because this doesn't seem healthy at all and I'm wondering what the heck these bags are made of. ... show more

Purchased a laundry cart some time ago, but over the years the bags started falling apart. Finally purchased a new one, this one, which is overall about 1" smaller in every dimension. What's not really illustrated in the pictures however, is the metal supports for the bags are pretty lightweight; they're about half the diameter of our previous cart. Also, the bags do not reach the bottom of the cart where the 3 bars under it are; meaning the weight of the clothing is not supported and likely these bags will fail in the same way; as the previous cart didn't have anything underneath. Lastly, the bars that go across are in two sections; vertical bars are in 3 sections; meaning there's points of wear/failure that will come with time; again, vs the previous we'd purchased. Nutshell, time will tell how well this holds up. For now, we'll use it until it either proves too small, or, breaks...then we'll look again. Previous? Just over 8 years of use given the purchase date from Amazon; one bag failed maybe 8 months back; so 7 years of constant use for a 2 people's worth of clothing until the last two years when we became 3. Excited to step up my laundry sorting game. It was easy to put together. However one of the casters was bent and dropping the ball bearings. Im going to write an email to the seller/ manufacturer and see if they send a replacement caster. I will update this review once I have finished my correspondence with them. Update: Excellent customer service. Very responsive... almost to a nagging point if I had to complain about anything. I recieved a whole new laundry sorter to replace the caster. This product came in a box about the same size as a shoebox. The tubes come in little short sections that you have to put together to make one tube, instead of having solid full-length tubing. The whole design looks like a cheesy afterthought. They also put assembly stickers on every piece so you have to spend a lot of time picking them off and cleaning up all the residue. ... show more

I'm a technical writer by profession so I'm usually critical of the user guides and product how-to information that ship with today's merchandise. I bought two of these carts. One with three bags and one with 4. They were both easy to put together. Everything was labeled well and intuitive. These laundry carts make it so much easier for me to sort and do laundry. When one of the bins fills up I just start a load. The product is s sturdy and well made. I would recommend it to a friend. The design is attractive enough to be out in the open in our bedrooms. Doing laundry is so much better now. It cut my time in half because I don’t have to separate the colors from the lights and darks. I like that there are three separate bags that come off of the rack. The bag is made out of a waterproof canvas that you can remove the hooks from to wash every once in a while. I also like how you can cart it around the house so you don’t have to do a lot of heavy lifting. Also looks great and matches our house so it’s not an eyesore. I totally recommend this ... show more
