I like how easy it was to put together, the leds work very nicely with everything. The only issues was putting together the drawers but I I quickly figured that out. Some of them have the tabs or the little nooks to close to the metal basket wiring but it's a easy fix with plyers. The leds look very nice and you can change colors manually. I haven't used the port for chargin yet but it's very sturdy, but not sturdy enough to like bounce on or what not. Also!! The bed comes with tools to put together if you don't have ya own and ya happen to be a broke college student. ... show more

I put this together in no time! Easy instructions, lots of storage, looks great! Built to last! Mattress stays in place! The light, and color changes and soothing! Love the storage drawers!!

    • Great Bed for the Money
Let me start by saying I really love this bed (I got the Queen in light gray). PROs: 1) Assembly - Very easy 2) Appearance - I think the bed looks great. 3) Customer Service - Responsive CONs (these are more like minor gripes): 1) Instructions - I had a difficult time LOCATING the assembly instructions, but I did finally find them attached to the back of the headboard after a bit of frantic searching. Usually assembly instructions are included with the smaller parts & hardware, but all required parts were there and everything was accounted for. Whew! 2) USB Ports (Issue #1) - There are TWO USB ports on top edge of the headboard, but if you want the headboard lights to work you MUST plug-in the attached USB cable to power the LED light strip, which leaves only 1 usable USB port. It would've been better to have THREE ports so 2 ports could remain available for other uses if you use the lights. 3) USB Ports (Issue #2) - There is a green power indicator light integrated into the surface of the USB Port cluster at the top of the headboard. At night, EVEN when the LED LIGHT BAR IS TURNED OFF, that little green light occasionally becomes possessed - LOL. That little light flashes, it changes color, and it's very distracting when the room should be dark and you are trying to sleep. I decided to cover that little light with a tiny piece of black electrical tape and now this unexpected "light show of the damned" is suppressed. 4) Drawers - The drawers actually roll on the floor on casters and, while a bit clunky, they work adequately if used carefully and they integrate pretty well into the frame. NOTE that if you have night-stands beside your bed you will have to move them away to make room to open the drawers closest to the headboard. BOTTOM LINE - This is a very cool bed, I like it and I think you'll like it, too. ... show more

This is by far the best bed I've bought in over 20 years. It arrived a day early and was handled with great care. All the parts were well packed and prominently marked and the directions were very simple and clear. The quality is exceptional, very solid and thick steel components and the fabric is well made and attached. The manufacturer even thoughtfully includes a number of extra bolts and other hardware should it be needed. Assembly was a breeze and only took about 45 minutes, the end result is a very well made and good looking piece of furniture. The only *minor* drawback I've noted is that the drawers do not have guides, but as I would only use them infrequently I have no issue with that. Overall an excellent product well worth the money and would absolutely recommend this bed. ... show more

So when my wife said she'd ordered another furniture item from Amazon, it was the typical eyeball-rolling reaction from me. Usually they're weak, have poor instructions, and are generally a waste of money. This bed frame- for my teenaged daughter- was quite a different experience. The construction is rugged, the mechanical design is well-thought out, and executed perfectly. The instructions are almost perfect, with no ambiguity at all. The under-bed drawers seem rather flimsy as individual components, but when put together are rigid and durable. The only issue- and it's a minor one at that- is the drawers roll on the floor. In a room with thick carpeting, the bed will settle while the drawers will not, so that the drawers sit slightly higher than the "latch" in the bed frame, allowing them to come unlatched occasionally. The rollers on the drawers also don't roll well over carpet. However, if you're on a wood or otherwise flat floor, this will not be an issue. That being said, this issue is not a design or execution flaw of the manufacturer, only my own house, so I will leave it at 5 stars. IF my daughter ever gets her own place, this will continue to serve her well. This is the quality of product you want to buy for your kids, so they'll be able to use it when they sprout their wings. We love the bedroom frames. We received all the pieces and it was very easy to assemble. They are very sturdy and well love addition storage. What I didn’t like is how my packages were delivered. We just move into the apartment building and our apt is on the third floor. The delivery team didn’t attempt to drop the packages at the door. They left in walkway on ground level. Luckily we were at the apt that day. We have got few of our packages stolen like this. The seller needs to figure out away with the logistics team. Where they actually deliver the packages to person’s apartment, regardless of which floor the customer is on. ... show more
