I didn't have a TV so I hooked it up to my computer monitor and it works great. If you have roku already getting all your apps on the new device very easy. I was surprised the volume control worked on a computer monitor. Streaming quality is satisfactory

Faster loading, better wifi and better menus than my older model Roku. This one comes with voice search as well as TV power and volume controls. My only slight complaint was that the "renewed" model protective film was a bit difficult to peel off. I'm using this on an older LG TV without CEC controls, so the Roku can't turn the TV off from the main menu and on by touching any key, but the Roku on/off button and volume controls work just fine. ... show more

Don't order this. They don't tell you it's a refurbished (and still broken), used Roku stick. For the first day it would crash every fifteen minutes while using any app (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc). The second day it hard reset itself, and I had to sign back into every app. The third day it started to turn itself off randomly while watching shows, and now, on day four, it is perpetually stuck on the initial loading screen. 1/10, worst product I've ever wasted my money on. ... show more
