I purchased a lovely dark wood queen-sized bed frame from a friend, but needed a base to support my memory foam mattress. I measured the inside of the bed and found this frame on Amazon based on the measurements. The fit is perfect. It arrived within a couple of days in a long, thin cardboard box that I could move on my own, but was on the heavy side for a woman in her 50s. There were a lot of pieces to put together, and I started to build it, but my son graciously took over for me. I could’ve put the frame together myself, but if my son insists on doing something for me, I’m happy to let him. The frame is very sturdy with six inches between the slats to prevent sagging. I feel like it could hold a lot of weight. It has no trouble supporting me and my mini Aussie. There are nine legs that support the frame: three on each side and three down the middle. You can see the middle leg on each side of the bed, but it isn’t noticeable, and it doesn’t get in the way. Since the frame allows the mattress to sit higher, there is plenty of room for storage under the bed. Also, the frame doesn’t squeak or move when you get on and off of it. I’ve been through 2 bedframes in the last 6 months due to an overly exuberant large breed puppy … this one seems super sturdy and went together easily. Everything had good fit and I was able to build it myself. The slats - unlike a lot of similar frames - fit tightly so seem as if they are going to stay in place for the long run. I'm a big guy and needed something temporarily for my new home until I move my bed frame down. This unit is a great price and holds up to 1500 lb. I put it together and it feels solid, myself and my partner use the bed and I don't feel like it's going to collapse and it's not flimsy or shaky at all. I’ve had this since February and it is July almost August. Building it was incredibly easy and it was done within an hour! So easy to build and move around, I like that the legs have rubber stoppers on the bottom, it helps on wood floors!! It comes with tools and everything to build it!

Very sturdy once it was together. Fairly simple to put together but instructions are poor as they generally are on products made in China. Quality seems good and supports the mattress well. No noise or mattress movement. Gave it 4 stars because of poor written directions.

This is exactly as expected. The only one thing I would change is the middle frame legs. My toes tend to hit it, just be careful. Overall, the sturdiness and fit of the queen mattress was perfect.
