Traditional Italian balsamic comes from either Modena or Reggio Emilia. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced from grape varieties Lambrusco or Trebbiano.

Cultivar Ogliarola-Taggiasca Olive Oil Our first cold-pressed Cultivar Ogliarola-Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made in Liguria and created from a blend of selected Taggiasca and Ogliarola olives. The processing is carried out without heating the olive paste and without the addition of hot water to the paste itself and to the oily must, to give this Ligurian olive oil a superior taste and aroma that you will enjoy in your meals. Each bottle of our polyphenol-rich olive oil is stamped with the harvest date and best by date, so you know you have the freshest oil. Real Italian Flavor Extra virgin olive oil is a staple of the Italian kitchen and the perfect base for your Italian cooking at home. This olive oil is quite delicate, typical of the Taggiasca Cultivar. Ogliarola Taggiasca Olive Oil is excellent with every dish, particularly fish and salads. Frantoio Roi Roi is a small family-owned EVOO producer that has been operating for four generations. Giusti was founded in 1605 and is the longest running vinegar producer in the world. Giusti is dedicated to constantly improving its attention to the environment, adopting the most modern, best practices to reduce the environmental impact for greater sustainable agriculture. It is Made from the must of cooked sundried grapes and aged wine vinegar, it ages in barrels. Unfortunately there are some flaws in regulations so it is allowed to dilute and add different ingredients to the IGP Balsamic Vinegar. However, the ones selected by Bellina are strictly made from only must and wine vinegar and are made in a traditional manner that respects the product. The Aroma and flavour recalls plum jam, red fruit, honey and vanilla.
