The media could not be loaded. I ordered 2 "like new" returned models. At first I was upset because I had an issue with one, and both were clearly returned units. Both were missing manuals, a few scratches, and a key point, missing styrofoam from the packaging. It allowed one of the units to bounce inside of its box causing some internal parts to break loose. The seller is very fast at responding and very helpful. Instead of returning or exchanging my fixed it myself and is now stronger and better than new. These are above and beyond what I was expecting. These speakers are great! If you're expecting to DJ a club or wedding with these you will be disappointed. They are kind of short but luckily the extension sections are easy to find making them the perfect height. If you DJ karaoke nights at your local bar, two of these are perfect. For speeches, wedding music and ceremonies. Perfect. Bumping and thumping at the club or a banging house party = Disappointment. This review is for both the retailer and the manufacturer. My speaker came busted. I contacted the manufacturer for support and the online chat said I would be contacted by tech support. Over a week later I am still waiting for contact. And the retailer (Amazon/Audiosavings) wants to make me pay $70 to return the speaker for a refund. I paid almost $300 for these speakers and now I am stuck with losing $70 bucks for a busted speaker, with no tech support. Really crappy. ... show more

    • Good but not for professional use!
Good design, looks great, easy set up even comes with a carry case. Unfortunately it’s an under performer. I prefer sound quality over loudness, there’s a limit on how much output should be expected from a battery operated speaker. Having said that, I was disappointed that the sub had to be cranked up all the way to maximum to hear acceptable low end, the microphone also had to be cranked up pretty high to get a good output but then the column would rattle. The reverb is more an echo chamber, even at the lowest setting it sounded more like a delay than reverb, not very useful. For the price, it will do ok for small events with a quiet crowd but you’re getting pretty much what you paid for. ... show more

This unit has a sturdy construction. Controls are pretty basic and user friendly. I've only used it as a standalone unit connected to the laptop so I can't comment on connectivity to another speaker. I connected my phone to it via Bluetooth when I unboxed it for testing purposes and had now issues in that aspect. Everything fits neatly in the carrying case which makes it convenient for portability. I used it off of the battery power for about an hour and it still showed full charge. I only rated 4 stars because I was slightly disappointed that it seemed underpowered. I purchased this unit for wedding ceremonies but would not try to use it for a reception, club, or large party. It just doesn't have enough power for something of that nature, but keep in mind that it is only an 8" sub. For what it is, it does the job it was made for. Update: Be very careful with it when the tower extensions are in place. I gently bumped it when relocating and cracked the base where the extensions slide into place. The media could not be loaded. Running 80db in a church sanctuary that seats 500 people. Wish it had more eq settings but will be running through a mixer. This little line array is very impressive for the price. And the battery holds up really good so far. Will work great for travel worship.

    • Speaker is great but bad Customer service.
The speaker is great. I ordered two of them A couple years apart, the first one worked great and still works great. When plugged in the battery died and stop charging about a year after purchasing on the first one, but the speaker was so good. I decided to buy a second one so I had 1 that had battery when I received the second 1. It was brand new in the box I plugged it in to charge it overnight. I figured it was fully charged. I went to use it on a camping trip after packing it and it was completely dead. Tried to charge it again and would not charge. So then I requested a return from audio savings. They approved my return. And I sent them the speaker back and It is now end of July and I do not have a replacement speaker or my money back. The second speaker was purchased beginning of June 2024. Like I said, Rockville speaker is amazing, but audio savings The sellers customer service is horrible. ... show more
