The media could not be loaded. I originally got the Rockville party 6 and wanted louder with more base after contacting Rockville, Mike recommended getting the eight. I love that these can be paired with a like speaker “party 6 with a 6 party 8 with an 8 and a party 10 with a 10”. My wife is a middle school Principal/lead singer and this is great for when we go out on the weekends on our boat or when she Entertains the kids at her school very loud outside. Very deep bass. Vocals are awesome. We own multiple karaoke machines, this is the best. And not to mention this is BATTERY POWERED!!!! SO LOUD! - Heath from NY ... show more

Nice looking speaker but definitely not as loud as I thought from reading other reviews. If using for outside BBQ you would need it on full volume and you could still sit pretty close to it.

Best speaker I have ever bought it’s loud and the bass on it is outta this world it literally makes my whole house including my room shake like crazy if your parents get easily annoyed wit loud things this is not it for you but highly recommend if you have your own house as such.
