I do a lot of outdoor grilling and smoking on two Rec-Tec pellet grill / smokers and a Blackstone Griddle. However, I needed a work table for prepping and holding utensils. This table fills the bill perfectly, it's well made, easy to assemble, perfect size, not to big just right, and easy to clean stainless steel. It has robust caster wheels with 2 locking brakes. Makes it easy to position where I need it while cooking and its a stable platform. We recently purchased an electric smoker. Using it the first time, it was obvious that we needed a small table next to the smoker. Since it would be outside we wanted it to be Stainless Steel. The prices for most of the stainless-steel tables were prohibitive and generally too large. This is the perfect size (18x24) and the quality is good enough. The only thing that I would change is the height. They took a standard height table, 36", and then added wheels Instead of reducing the length of the legs and then adding the wheels, which makes it a tad too tall. I'm 5'6, so it's still a workable height for me. It took my husband longer than expected to assemble and the shelf that is supposed to be adjustable isn't because there aren't any holes for the set screws on one leg. Not a problem for us, because we wanted the shelf low to hold the propane tank for the smoker. I would not hesitate to buy this table again. ... show more

I received this table today. I was really worried when it came because the box was in horrendous shape. Got it in and it had one of the corners was damaged underneath. It is not visible from the top though. It also has two very small dings in it. Considering the condition of the box, I am happy with it. I did not buy it to be a display piece, I bought it to be used, so, I am sure, it will get other dings in the future. ... show more

This is a well-made table, easy to assemble and with many good features, such as adjustable height for the shelf, allowing it to accommodate tall items. I appreciate that it comes in multiple sizes. It doesn’t quite match the custom stainless countertops on my c. 1939 kitchen, but the 18” x 24” size I chose fits a gap between the end of my counter and my new stove, and the adjustable legs allowed me to set the height just right to put a ready-made marble pastry slab atop it. The shelf below is very sturdy, so I’m able to store two heavy pieces of kitchen electrics there. It’s not going to impress anyone, except maybe a serious chef, but it is definitely worth what I paid for it! ... show more

This table is well built, and I have a similar smaller one already that I really like. However, it is clear that there is no care given to packaging this product. It's packaged extremely poorly and mine came with several bends in the metal on the edge, the two most noticable I've attatched photos of. As well, the grub screws are not secured for shipping. Three fell out, with two of them gone completely and only one extra provided. It sucks because if the same level of care went into packaging this product as building it, it'd be a total win. As it is now, I recommend avoiding it. ... show more

I like this product. Was a little scared due to previous reviews noting damage. Mine came unscathed...one or two very minor production dings in the table top, but nothing to be concerned about. Stainless steel work surface is a fingerprint magnet! Minor damage - the threads on one of the holes on the adjustable shelf is messed up. I can't install one of the screws. The shelf seems pretty sturdy with just one screw in the leg (there are 3 more legs for a total of 7 good screws) - I don't plan on testing out the load rating capacity of the lower shelf, so all is good. It's tall! I knew that going in, but seems even taller due to the size (I got a 24" x 18"). For rolling around, next time I would get something a bit wider...18" width and 38.5" tall is not necessarily wobbly, but is a little top heavy. Instructions: Rather than assembling the wheels & legs first, sliding the four legs through the shelf openings, then trying to seat this 4-legged octopus of an assembly into the table top, I flipped the assembly order. It was much simpler to first install the legs into the table top, followed by the shelf, and putting on the wheels on last. Caster installation - instruction needs a little modification...1) Tighten the adjustment ring until black rubber expands slightly....NO!...tighten the adjustment ring until black rubber expands so that it fits snugly inside of the leg....very snugly but still able to install by hand. The rubber needs be tight to the inside of the leg so that when the circular adjustment ring is tightened, friction/resistance between the black rubber and the leg allows the circular adjustment ring to squeeze down on the black rubber, thereby expanding the rubber even further and tightening the caster assembly inside of the leg. Without this rubber to leg resistance, the adjustment ring will continue to spin in place. Would buy again. ... show more

The table is really nice, good quality and sturdy. Assembly was relatively easy, except the wheels were a little confusing - directions could be a little clearer (but if I can figure it out, most people will be able to as well!). The protective sheet over the table tops definitely kept it protected from scratches, but was a pain in the ass to remove. So much so I still have it on the lower table top. ... show more
