I bought this table to prep food while I'm canning my food, and it works great. I love the backsplash on it. It helps when I have food I'm slicing and keeps it from flying off the table. I like that the feet are adjustable when my floors aren't always even, to keep my food from sliding off and it keeps my contents even in my jars. Its a great table with nice edges to keep me from getting caught on the table when I'm walking by it and having accidents while prepping foods. I really love my table ... show more

I opened the box to immediately see the table was scratched. I was willing to look past this to get it set up and working in my shop. Then I could not even put it together because the screws threads were so low quality that it could not be put together. I returned it right away. This is an attractive and weatherproof 24x48" table that I use for a BBQ prep table on my patio. I particularly like the gleaming stainless construction, rounded front edge, backsplash, and the 2 shelves. It serves my purpose perfectly. It will get very light duty, so it should last for many years. If you intend to use this for heavy activity like cutting meat or making bread daily, you need to know that it's not heavy duty or suitable for commercial use. First, the leg diameter is a little small and the metal is a bit thin for heavy use. Second, sleeves used for attaching the top and shelves to the legs are also too thin. Each sleeve has 2 threaded mounting holes for 2 grub screws. Because the sleeves are so thin, there are only 2 threads and care must be taken to not strip the screws, stretch the sleeves, or dent the legs while assembling. Having 2 bottom shelves is all that keeps the table from wobbling, though it does still wobble slightly. 3.5 stars, I recommended it for light use. ... show more

It took me five minutes to attach legs to table top, very easy and solid. It took me over an hour to finally get the shelves somewhat secure in place. They are held in place by Allen headed set screws that have a dome head that is supposed to set into the legs for shelf support. The problem is that they use the cylinder wall thickness as the thread to try to screw into (see photo). The dome on the set screw would not allow me to even get them started so I had to ground that dome off and allowed me to get them started and three of the four somewhat secure, the fourth on each shelf stripped out due to very thin walls. There should have been a thickened area on the shelf support cylinder with a couple of threads on it. There is no way the shelves will hold the advertised weight of 300 pounds with just 3 out of 4 screws. I do not recommend purchasing if you intend to use the lower shelves for putting things on. ... show more

Not the greatest quality, lighter duty than expected but good enough if you are looking for a budget option. The protective film on the top surface is a pain to remove but at least prevent scratches during shipment.
