I was a little on edge about purchasing this because of it's size, but since my trip isn't very long and not far (only a little summer camp I volunteer at) I knew it would work out in the end. I love how it comes with the suitcase and little duffel bag. The duffel bag is so cute and I even use it as a normal bag, but it also can fit a lot and it sits very well on top of the suitcase so that I don't have to carry it! It is very sturdy and I have already test fitted all my things and with the help of the extended space, it fit everything (and I tend to over pack). The color is so cute as well! I will definitely be using this on many occasions. I'm so happy to finally not have to lug a huge duffel bag up a hill in the middle of summer. Update: After my first use of this at said summer camp, I stand by my claims! It worked so well and still left me a lot of room! I had to purchase a new carry-on suitcase and this one was well priced. The suitcase is fairly light by itself and it rolled with no issues. The size can accommodate several days' worth of thin summer outfits. After reading other people's reviews about how the suitcase can easily tip over, I made sure to pack heavy items toward the bottom (near the wheels) and had no issues. The suitcase still rolled smoothly even when it was fully packed. It was able to fit in the overhead compartment perfectly. There were many fun patterns/color choices and I chose the zebra print. It is so adorable and I got many compliments! I have not used the bag yet that came with the suitcase (I prefer backpacks)...but it seems like a good size and it slides easily over the suitcase handle. This luggage set was perfect for my extended weekend trip. I did use a different smaller bag as my carry-on. The smaller size just did not hold enough for me. My husband had the same set in a different color and used both luggage pieces. I was able to fit everything I needed into the suitcase, and it does have an extender on it. , and it does have an extender on it. It was easy to lift and put in the overhead compartment. The handle was fine for me and I did not have trouble moving through the airport with the luggage. Quality is a thicker material. I did not have any anxiety of the suitcase falling apart. My only complaint was the suitcase would fall over easily. But I was able to manage quite well. The wheels moved easily, and there were only two on the bottom of the suitcase, but I did not have an issue with that. I loved the color options that were available with the suitcases. I highly recommend if you were looking for something not too expensive, but sturdy and going to Be strong and hold your belongings safely. ... show more

I purchased this suitcase for my 9 year old grandson 2 years ago. He brings it to my house every two weeks and it still looks like it’s brand new. It rolls well and the fabric is very durable. The camouflage color is bright. The suitcase has enough room inside for at least two weeks of clothing and 2 pair of shoes. The outside pockets are large enough to hold an iPhone and medication if needed. We really love this suitcase and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I purchased these in two colors for a trip that we did not want to deal with checked luggage. The Turquoise looked very cute online and is typically my favorite color, but it was a bit plain in person. Not a huge drawback, but not as cute as I was hoping for. The Black Cross was extremely cute and made me wish I had chosen it or one of the fun prints. They both held a good five days of clothes for a beach vacation (for two women) very well, and we especially liked the flap at the back of the smaller bag that you hang over the extended handle of the larger bag to keep the pieces together with no falling or slipping. Don't forget to use this as it was a life saver even if it does make the bag front heavy so that it falls forward. Just turn it to face the wall or something steady so it doesn't fall. The zippers worked well enough with only a couple of catches and the extender worked well and would still fit in most larger airplane overhead bins if fully extended. However, there were a few things that I did not like about the bags that may impact your wanting to buy one. On one of the larger bags, the locks that came with them were 100% useless. No joke. They are simply there for looks. There were two keys attached, but the bottom of the lock had no fitting space for the keys. It was just a messed up lock that couldn't even be opened to make it appear the bag was locked. Second, the handle on the other large back worked well for the first half of our travel, but on the way home, the plastic handle at the top came loose of the metal bar and we could not get it to snap back on no matter how hard we tried. It's still mostly functional, if you don't mind having to hold it by the metal bar rather than the handle. We may be able to hammer it back on at home, but I don't see that being effective as it's not the highest quality plastic to start with. Finally, on the smaller bag, while it is plenty roomy and I like the large front pocket for keeping airline tickets, passport, and wallet easily accessible, the zipper on the larger opening only goes one way, so you have to open it all the way to get inside the opening. It would have been much more functional to have a double zipper that meets in the middle, so you only have to open part of it on whichever side you need to access. All that said, these worked well for one trip, held quite a bit of luggage, met airline codes, were mostly functional, and they have a great variety of colors so you don't have to have the same black or gray bag as every other passenger. However, for around $40, it would be nice to have a bit better quality with a couple more features and they would get a 5-star rating from me. *Full disclosure: I did buy two more sets for my kids to take on a trip this summer, so we will see how they fare against the likes of a 9 and 11 year old. I would have tried another brand of bag since these were not the best, but I knew what to expect from these and didn't want to take a chance on a different bag that may have bigger issues. ... show more
