The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my granddaughter who loves to sing and it worked well the first 4 times we used it. The 5th time it turned on, but no chimes or any sound at all! It won't pair or even connect from her previous pairing. Turning it on and off does nothing. The lights still work, but that's all. Save your money and just get a better one, preferably not Amazon. Over the past 10 years, their inventory has deteriorated to the same class as McDonald's happy meal toys... cheap and plastic. ... show more
