The main reason to buy this bassinet is the rocking feature which does not work. The bassinet itself is like the others, but you are much better buying a regular one without rocking feature as it is cheaper

This bassinet turned out to be a complete disappointment. I thought spending extra would equate to better quality, but the bassinet doesn't even do what it's advertised to do. The cradle of the bassinet doesn't rock, it doesn't even move if you wanted to rock it manually. Also, the piece that opens for ease of putting baby in and out came cracked.     • Rocking motor came broken, bad customer service
For the price I expected a functioning product. Sadly it didn’t work. Someone from the company offered to send me a new board?? I already returned the bassinet. I decided the music and rocking weren’t important enough features to keep it and wait for replacement parts. Edit to add- getting refunded was an absolute pain and took forever. It wasn’t until I changed my review (their suggestion) that I got directly refunded and not through Amazon. My account shows refund never processed. I don’t know, it was shady that my return was marked as delivered for weeks before I emailed the company and was like where’s my money??? ... show more
